Umm, not yet. They do seem to use Speedy quite a bit so I wouldn't count out him being there down the line.
Running jokes for the show.
Lola is in it, and she's now this severely insecure, marriage obsessed... psycho (for lack of a better word). I totally dig it.
Gossamer, that big red monster, now has the voice of a eight year old child. Only negative thing I can think of, cause imo, it doesn't work.
Porky Pig is constantly called out for not wearing pants.

Really, I never cared for Lola, I mean she didn't feel like she exactly fit the series, but if the new revision helps accomplishes that, I'd be fine with her.
I know Gossamer, some of his appeal is his silence.
