Suddenly it hit him. Jack thought he had gone far enough away to avoid the EMP, but moments later it crashed straight through The O. "s**t!" he yelled at himself. The O's back mounted thrusters began to charge, and with an explosion of force, sent itself and its now helpless designer hurdling into the upper atmosphere. "GOD DAMMIT! NOT AGAIN! NOT! AGAIN!" he roared as he pounded his fists on the monitor in front of him. The EMP had fried the Psicommu System, at least for now. He was no longer in control. The O was thinking for itself now.

From all the commotion, Henry had no idea what had just happened. It sounded like little voices in his head were bickering about EMP and something called the O. There was so much bickering, in fact, that by the time Henry came to, he had completely forgotten what he was doing before. "Thanks a lot, little voices!" he cursed under his breath.

"Well, I wont be moving for a while any way..." The lights in the cockpit went out. The Shadow Striker can't take off now that it got hit with the EMP. It can't even start up, but like Fokkusu said, it did not matter because he would be repairing it anyways.
"Well, it's time for me to get to work." He said exiting the Shadow Striker.
"Now Henry, the Shadow Striker is a very sensitive and unique ship. Every inch of it is filled with equipment and wiring."
Fokkusu brushed some snow away from the nose of the craft then picked up a tool.
Previously, the engine was running and air was being vented to blast away the snow. Now that it is offline the snow will start piling over the craft. Luckily for them the blizzard had just passed over.
"Okay, so pretty much most of this is body work. I will repair the electrical
systems later."

The blizzard was gone. God, the relief! Henry was back to smiling in no time and set his mind and body on the repairs to Fokkusu's rather unfortunate-looking ship.
Henry took a look at the state of the ship mired in the ice and shrugged to himself, picking up his toolbox. "Right-o." he said, hopping out "Let's get to work and pick this sleeping giant out of his hole. I suppose I ought to repair the holes I 'accidently' shot in there?"

And yes, I read your post Sonny, I thought it was hilariously funny. There is big potential for things to go completely wrong at that baseball game XD.
I really don't do enough back story for my characters.))

Finally The O returned to Jack's control, albeit in manual mode. Jack feared for his own psychological safety now that the Psycommu System was acting up thanks to the EMP. He had been drifting in space for a day or so, and finally came close enough to The Overlord that he was able to dock. When The O departed Fortuna, he had managed to get a signal to C.IG to bring The Overlord within docking range.
He stepped out of his hulking creation, into a room beneath the actual hangar of The Overlord, a room he took a special elevator to get to. Thousands upon thousands of parts lay strewn in huge bins, while cranes, conveyor belts and other assembly line paraphernalia scattered the massive room. It was a production facility.

"Yea. I think you should." Fokkusu said digging through the tool box looking for the right tools for the job. He picked up the tool box and flipped it over, dumping out its contents into the snow.
He took the tools he wanted and walked over to the nose of the craft.
"I shouldn't have to remind you what would happen if I tried to fly out of the atmosphere with a defective cockpit. Make sure you do a good job."
With that said he got to work, hammering and welding away.

Henry got to work patching up the holes with sheets of metal he kept in his own cargo hold for this very reason. They would do until proper body work could be performed on the ship, but like any temporary patch would not stand up like the rest of the armor on the ship. Fortunately, that's why shields were invented.
"So Fokkusu. Where are we headed after we get out?" Henry said after turning his torch off "Cause you know just as well as me that we're just about on the border of where Corneria Nation ends and Mercenary Kingdom begins, if you know what I mean. Not many neutral ground repair bays around here."

((Magnivar, I do beleive it has been a couple days on Fortuna.
I am pretty close to yelling out post or I rip your spine out and jump rope with it, but I believe that will scare people off.
Well, I thought it could have been strep throat. I have a history of it. Had it five times already... But it turned out to be a bad cold. A really nasty bad cold. o.0
Any way, today I found out that my dog is dieing of bone marrow cancer. That's nice to know... Shes an old fart. At least for a rottweiler. Shes eleven. Probably not going to be twelve.))
"Well, I thought I should go back to my hanger in Corneria. I also know a place where I could get some replacement parts. I don't know... If you have any better ideas I would like to hear em."
Fokkusu then looked around the ship. He wasn't really happy with the patch work. Mostly because its patch work, not because of the job applying it.
