Instead of feeling offended, the child let out a whimsical laugh. “Oh do not worry, no matter how strange it is for a snake to show anger or frustration. Nevertheless snakes have indeed been known to speak their mind no matter how harsh.” The obscure child then turned her head toward the snake, “ I’m sorry to say, but no I do not know much of Norse mythology. However I am rather informed of the myths of Rome and Greece, that and the high heads of the jungle….though whither or not they are still alive now..” a small sigh, “I am not so sure..” she then gave a faint smile.

She looked through the book, going through the pictures and began to flip the book this way and that. She didn’t know how to read modern literature. “There are many reasons to like snakes. Especially Rock Pythons…I knew one once his name was Kaa, and my what a gentleman, and with such an ability! He had lived for many years, and was able to tell me many, many tales of the jungle in which he lived in.” she then smiled softly again, “though I will not force you to like snakes Rage, though I would like to understand…why do you not like them so? Is there no reason? Or is there a bad history with them you are not sharing with us?”

“Loki? Is that what the witch was called, or the type of witch she was?” asked the wild child, who was still aimlessly flipping through the given book with fascination.

He was powerful but that's because he used tricks and evil means to overcome his fellow gods! He was amazing though.*starstruck at the thought of Loki*

She laughed her obscure laugh once again. “No worries Flat Head [snake] your father sounds very much like my mother, Raksha [the demon] was her name, and she did many things in this world, before she was destroyed…”

“Do not fret, I’m sure my mother would too if she were still around…though I doubt the moon spirit would like that very much.” She said with a chuckle.
