"Then leave if you feel like it." She mumbled.
"Fact of the matter is, we haven't been here too long... only fifteen minutes or so... You must be damn impatient to get bored that easily."
Jayden rolled over on the couch, proping herself up on one elbow. Her jet black hair shimering in the light, contrasting against her pale complexion.
She peered at Envy lazily with her two toned eyes. Her right eye was grey and cold, while the left was a bright and lively green.
"She'll get here... don't worry about it."

He sneered and thought of a snide comment. "Well I wouldnt be so impatient if there was something to do. I have plans, and they are being slowed by you..." His anger was progressing slowly again; but instead stomping out the door, he sat back down on the dusty sofa and started to destroy the table again. He stuggled to avoid Jayden's stare as she turned to face him. He glared at her once to show his annoyance, but then noticed her two-toned eyes. "Whats with your eyes?" He asked as he looked down to the table, which no had many cuts on it. "Yer parents give you messed up genes or something?" ((yey RPing again!!!! w00t! I feel... ALIVE again!!))

Envy-san He sneered and thought of a snide comment. "Well I wouldnt be so impatient if there was something to do. I have plans, and they are being slowed by you..." His face scrunched up as he thought of the past. "YOU HUMANS!" His anger was progressing slowly again; but instead stomping out the door, he sat back down on the dusty sofa and started to destroy the table again. He stuggled to avoid Jayden's stare as she turned to face him. He glared at her once to show his annoyance, but then noticed her two-toned eyes. "Whats with your eyes?" He asked as he looked down to the table, which no had many cuts on it. "Yer parents give you messed up genes or something?" ((yey RPing again!!!! w00t! I feel... ALIVE again!!)) She raises an eyebrow, scanning his face calmly. "It's an interesting story, actually..." Jayden flexes her fingers. "Actually... I don't know why I forgot to mention it... Half of me is from the other side of the gate." Her statement of this fact came across as though it were every day conversation for her, when in reality, there was much more monumental importance to this fact. ((Arg.... sister's birthday party...))

Then he let out a cold, shakey laugh before he turned his head to look at her. It was quiet for a moment as he stared coldly back at her. Does she seriously take me as an idiot? He sighed and shrugged his shoulders. Might as well listen to her tale.
"So...... go on."

((youre right Tru, Envy did flip out there... its almost like his sanity(did he have any in the first place....?.... no.) edit: what was left of his sanity rollled down a flowery happy hill and then off a clift into teh mouths of hungry aligators..... xd ))

Envy-san Envy was okay with having to hear someone's personal history, but he wasnt ready for what came next. Th- the- the Gate?! His pupils dilated as the words flashed befored him in his mind. He slammed his fist on the table, nearly breaking it in half, as he stood up. Then he leaned down close to Jayden, hand shaking as he reached towards her.
"Y- You!" Envy grabbed Jayden by her hair and pulled her up. "Why didnt you--" He stopped short, let go of her hair. and turned around. Then he let out a cold, shakey laugh before he turned his head to look at her. It was quiet for a moment as he stared coldly back at her. Does she seriously take me as an idiot? He sighed and shrugged his shoulders. Might as well listen to her tale.
"So...... go on." ((Tee hee ^__^ My bad!)) Jayden did not make a move as Envy pulled her by her hair. She gritted her teeth slightly but didn't attempt to break away. "Yes. The gate. I appologise. I could have said it a bit more tactfully... " She sat up, running a hand through her hair carefully. Like I said, there were some underhanded dealings going on in that lab next to my prison cell." Jayden continued without pause. "They were using prisoners for experimentations in alchemy, and I was a prisoner. I think it was something along the lines of my parallel self on the other side died at the same time as a test was being run on me, causing her to be fused with my being. Coincidentally, this was when another prisoner got out of hand. I managed to break free while they were paying attention to the other test subject. It was partly because of a slightly inhuman strength they infused in me... and partly because half of me was a different person. I gained insight on both worlds from the fuse." She blinked, her pie eyes seeming to represent two halves. "The reason I'm able to use mechanics and other worldly technology as I do is because of the world beyond the gate."

Tru-chan "..." Jayden paused in her answer, for the first time since she had begun her series of conversations with Envy. She had always answered concisely and with poise. "I don't try to classify myself." She finally answered.
"You are lost. You do not know what you are. You are not human; but....." He paused for a second as he came close to her face. "could it be that you might be a Homunculus?" His eyes glittered wildly as he grinned at her, the catlike slits thinning slowly. "Could you? Nooo. You dont look it. Do you think if I stab you, or cut off a limb, you'll just regenerate? Would you like to try?" His vioce was becoming colder and colder by each stabbing sentence, until it was almost a hiss. "What are you?" His eyes widened as he stared into her own. Then he backed off and strode back towards the desk with the newpaper clippings. He flipped through the pages lightly and skimmed through a few. "Never caught...."

Daisuke pushed on the state alchemits headquaters doors.
They creaked open slowly amking a small gap for him to pass through.
He stumbled into a huge hall where many alchemists wondered around.
"I...can't do this....they're....everywhere" he coughed shallowly.
He clapped his hands and placed one one the alchemic array tatoo on his fore arm.
A small droplet of water appeared.
It rolled to the floor and made a large puddle.
"Diffusion" Daisuke sighed as he clapped his hands again an activated the de-construction sybols on his left hand.
He liquified and dropped into the puddle.
The water ran therough the cracks in the tiles and slowly glided over the polished floor.
He then reformed when he had cleared the hall way.
"OSMOSIS" He shouted as he solidified.

Envy-san Gotcha! Envy walked over to her, a big grin on his face.
"You are lost. You do not know what you are. You are not human; but....." He paused for a second as he came close to her face. "could it be that you might be a Homunculus?" His eyes glittered wildly as he grinned at her, the catlike slits thinning slowly. "Could you? Nooo. You dont look it. Do you think if I stab you, or cut off a limb, you'll just regenerate? Would you like to try?" His voice was becoming colder and colder by each stabbing sentence, until it was almost a hiss. "What are you?" His eyes widened as he stared into her own. Tru-chan Jayden found herself sinking back further and further into the couch's backboard. Or rather, she wished she could. Envy's words stung, something that never happened. Why they were getting to her was beyond comprehension. He was challenging her existance. She'd said earlier that she despised all of humanity... and that she didn't exclude herself from the 'mass of putrid existance.' But he raised a good point. In truth it was something she tried hard as hell to avoid. "I don't suppose you know what I am... do you?" She asked, her voice quiet and monotonous.

Envy-san He continued flipping through the faded pages full of escapes from crimes.
Her voice seemed calm. She is taking this well. "Well, you cant be a Homunculi.... I would have figured that out when I first met you, apart from the fact that you aren't really dead, that would only be true for one half of you. That also means that you cannot be human." He closed his eyes.
"No. I wouldnt know. Tell me, you mentioned that you had inhuman strength, am I correct? What else can you do?" He looked over at her, his piercing amethyst eyes cold yet thoughtful.

((short post!))"Oh, fine... I don't understand what you'd plan on doing out there, but if you'd like... We probably shouldn't stray too far if we want Adine to find us..." She suddenly smirked, her eyes gleaming with a sudden thought. "Unless.... you wouldn't mind a spar to keep you entertained?"
