Yeah, surprisingly, the cape isn't too pricey, Scoot. It's fairly reasonably priced. 3nodding

It was made in flash, and would go on at the top of the screen while you were in the Prom version of Towns. So the people and the goings-on at the bottom kinda slowed the game down...
