Yang walked away and then he was surrounded by the sound 5. Bone was given a breifing on why they are all present. Yang nodded and then allowed them to give him a mind drug. Bone took it confident that he will not die with them around. The sound five place him into the container and then placed the shadow mist into the container. Then Ukon started to make seals on blank paper with his own blood. Then he made a few seals after throwing them over Yang's container top that was placed after the dark mist. The seals locked in place and the five then placed a barrier around them to keep Yang safe from outside harm.

Yang had just got a message from Yin for him and Gana to fight it off one last time. "It seems I haven't been able to finish this after all. I should have disinagrated his body when I had the chance." said Bone as he rowed his boat towards the hidden leaf's waterfall.

Momo felt sore, and sore, slightly pleased, and sore. She had just completed her week of conditioning training. Push-ups. Sit-ups. Sprints. Pain. She sank into a chair a fraction at a time, wincing. Then, her sensei came in (she had been on vacation). "Time for training!" She said grinning. Momo stared, then threw back her head and groaned. Kwanuea knew she had been through conditioning camp, and she was still training. "What is it this time?", Momo groaned. "Water Walking!" Exclaimed Kwan. "One of my favorites!". Momo somehow forced herself up and out of the chair. She was shown the handseals and words, and how to focus. It didn't seem to hard.

After two minutes she was soaked. The water was bone-achingly cold, and she cold feel all her muscles screaming in protest. But she went on.

:: Shiro walked off of the docks and onto the land where he looked at the village:: " this place kind of creeps me out..but i need somewhere to train." :: Shiro started to walk through the woods when he heard something drop down behind him. Shiro pulled out a Kunai and swung around::

::Jiroubou looked at the kid and smirked lightly:: " so kid..what are you doing in a place like this..especially if your from the cloud village..anyways you look like your looking for something..what is it?" :: He smiled and fixed his headband::

" ok..well start like this..its ind of simple for me..but.." :: Jiroubou marked a tree with a bulls eye and walked away from it, he then stopped and looked at a nearby tree:: " ok..first you must put an enormous amount of Chakra into your palm and then strike..it causes great damage to whatever you hit.."


:: Shiro smirked and then looked to the boulder with the mark on it:: " ok..that should'nt be too hard..ive dealt with focusing a great deal of chakra to my hands.." :: Shiro remmembered his lightning training and then went to focusing his Chakra::

:: Shiro opened his eyes as his legs slid back a little, he started to lose it but then dashed at the Rock:: " ok..i got it!!" :: Shiro slid as his feet broke into the ground. He lifted the energy and slammed his hand into the Boulder and shattered:: " whoo.." :: Shiro was breathing hard and then looked back to Jiroubou:: " so..thats it..i had to let that go.."


" good job..we will continue more training later on.." :: Jiroubou leaped into and looked back seeing Shiro walking away:: ' ill see you again.."

" sure why not.." ::Jiroubou stepped backwards a little bit:: " ill teach you the Rising impact pam technique..it is a move that can lift the heaviest of opponents into the air..its really useful and needs lots of focus.."


" damn..all these moves cost a lot of focus..anyways lets get to it.." :: Shiro poped his knuckels and waited for his instructions on how to do this technique::
