JMan 240 Oshin Masaki If the guild does do a restart, what will happen to all the jutsu that we learned?
Silk, so what are you going to do? Take away my customs? Take away my stage 2? Take away some of my Taijutsu? My Summon? All those things are perfectly within the guild's rules, and will be no matter what you do as long as you wish to keep them within the guild.
I'll drop the Genjutsu I learned because I never use it.
What about Batosai? Are you going to say that I can't keep Samehada for him because he's Genin? Take away something that I spent a month straight trying to get?nerffing so yeah but what im saying jon your not listening is the guild rules are wrong...... hense this break wee need to look at what can be done in each class and change that then nerf certain RPC's, bloodlines or abilities. Firstly you shouldnt have been allowed samahead because your RPC died and that means you lose it but yuou were let off so dont start that .

During that time we can converse in the Crew Quarters what to do with the shinobi that are ridiculously over powered *Cough*Kirama*Cough*Qastor*Cough*Genji*Cough*Oh, I Killed Myself*Cough*
As for the Implants. . .
Duh. . .
Anyone other than Doujutsu users can have an Implant. . .
Then neither the original Bloodline or the Implant can become stage 2
And if someone without a Bloodline gets an Implant, they can still get a Soul Demon or whatever. . .
I mean not sayin he is overpowered or nuthin
T -T but he ish strong T -T

I. . .I highly retract ever mentioning a restart
I just remembered how much Id really hate to lose Goemon. . .
I cared enough about him to actually do the six-seven post search to find the Leaf Village Gates. . .
Soo. . .ya. . .
I think we should do a break
Refresh all of our jutsu
Refresh all of our. . .everything. . .
When people return from the break, if they really want to change their characters because the changes appeal to them, then they will. . .
But forcing everyone to start from square one isnt a good idea
I really hate to put you on the spot, Kirama, but. . .erm. . .would you mind posting a link to your profile in the Crew Thread sometime tomorrow?
Or even just to me?
Im going to review yours along with Qastor's and see what cant be done to even things out. . .
Ill obviously be asking you questions, so I wont be making changes without permission or anything
Also, if anyone else has some overpowered RPCs they can name, please do so
If you dont. . .we really wont be able to do anything other than a restart. . .
As for the Implant restrictions and what not. . .ya. . .
Ill enforce those as soon as Im on a computer and not using the internet on my PS3. . .

The implant thing is still sketchy if you ask me.
It sounds like giving more power to people who already have it.
What will happen to the rpcs should be discussed later. For now, let's settle with not getting rid of them just yet, ne?
Losing a character I've had for more than a year is something I'd like to avoid too if possible.
I still think the idea of a reset would be good, but that's really dependent on how the rest of the guild changes go.
Do we all agree that the guild is having a break then? If so, we should get an announcement out ASAP.

Im certain a break is needed yes,
My idea for a restart is more the Villages and nerrfing certain RPC's maybe not make everyone lose There RPC but the changes will probally make people wish to change village and i think the RPC's storylines will be allowed to be changed also.
fr now its just the brak and big Rule and all update.

Im talkin' moving the profile threads to the main page, and dusting the villages. Setting up new Mission Threads, new Gates, new Offices. . .the whole shibang. . .

If you wouldnt mind, Id like to bear this on my shoulders. . .

Theres my birthday gift. . .
Tomorrow Ill set up a thread with a few different plans

My point is that if you put any more limits on then it's going to suffocate people. LISTEN TO THIS, ALL OF IT DAMNIT: Everything I did with Kirama is perfectly with in guild rules, it will also be within guild rules unless you decided to deny people things that you have no basis for denying. You can't say that because I'm a Taijutsu user I can't summon, all the Sannin in the Naruto universe have their own custom style. They all have summons. They all have ninjutsu and Genjutsu. They have the complete package, whether or not the use them all the time. They know in range of hundreds of jutsu. You can't say that because I have a bloodline I can't summon. You can't say that I only learn one Taijutsu as a Taijtusu user because that would be putting me on the same level Taijutsu wise as a Ninjutsu user.
But whatever. I had fun RPing here. But you obviously aren't willing to reconsider. I guess I'll see you all around because I don't have the time to start over.

First - in naruto unvierse they all fight on par with each other not always dodging and not using RPing thus making a hit easier to determine ninja in the anime find it hard to dodge alot of attacks yet here we come up with clever and inventive wasy of dodging very few people Rp like a real fight in this guild. Next Lee is Pure taijutsu, he will never have anything else. HAku only used his bloodline jutsu Orichmaru uses only genjutsu and Snake Abilities, tsunade uses medical and strength, want me to continue? The only high level's with numeros techniques were fourth and kakashi and uschiha's lol even they concentrate on one aspect. but there's always been alimit and ******** man i havent said anything about your RPC being deleted so stop being a baby
