@Hinote As a result the user is left hovering several feet above the ground is able to control the ball to move quickly in any direction UP is a direction. Might be an unorthodox direction, but The Jutsu does specify ANY direction.
Ummm... What part of dropping the Kaze baku hatsu below me did you not get? After a couple of those I could lower myself, and rotate myself to a position where i could move my arms... Plus you are the one who suggested that the walls me made of metal, something much easier to bend than sand is to maneuver around. { Atleast to someone who is not the ichibi, or Using a cheap knockoff of it's powers. }
Ummm... Exploding tags kinda can take out a large object... People die from them... I'm fairly sure two on a three feet thick door of stone would work... If not, another shot would do the trick.
Ummm... Why would Thousands of pounds of sand fall on me if the Sides are metal. { Again you suggested it. } And It throws everything back, so I'd end up throwing the rubble that does come down at me back up. and then going up a bit more I'd be able to get out. Now, This is completely Hypothetical, because I'd probably get killed as soon as I blow up the door by an Anbu ninja. Or David probably would have gotten me by then.
Plus I myself never see myself getting thrown in this little trap door, and I'd use my speed ninja type to kinda use my Tei Hakusha before I fell in... Just saying, if a trap door opens, people are going to flail their arms and catch themselves. and a hole only big enough that you can't move your arms? Easy to catch yourself on...

I_am_Ronnel_no_Fenniksu By direction it means 'left, right, forward, backward'. It has to have something to brace against. Going upwards, there is nothing, thus you fall. And if you try blowing out the walls, you'll get buried under the sand. The Bouseki Tate no Kaze won't protect you from several tons of sand suddenly collapsing inwards on you. ANYWAYS! Why would Several tons of sand fall on me if I'm under the door? I'm literally feet away from it, I'm still in a large pillar in the building... If I wanted to, I'd make the building collapse... That is a horrible thing to make... A Hole in a major building? Seriously, by collapsing this pillar that goes completely throughout the building { Most likely in the center of the building } If I were to collapse it, the entire building would become structuraly unsound... And most liklely begin to cave in. It is made of sand you know...

You are in a CAVE OF SAND UNDER THE BUILDING. You try blowing holes in the walls, and they'll just collapse around you. And unless you try blowing holes in the walls around you, you can't move your arms to do anything. And you float several feet off the ground - that's all the distance off the ground you can get.

I AM FALLING DOWN A PILLAR of sand in a 65 story building... I'm fairly sure I have time to act. I'm not just going to fall 65 storys in less than a second.

Lament_of_the_lonely Think you'll be able to get out of it if I shunko my way to you and smash my foot through yer head? Like I said, If i did blow up the door to the top, I'd die from you or an Anbu ninja.

Unless you plan on the Kage being on the ground floor, I doooon't think that I'm just going to fall for a long time.

All you'd be able to do in that situation, unless you have the ability to snap into some sort of flight technique in an instant, is slow your fall. You're not going to be able to hover under the door in order to open it, and I don't think a ninjutsu exists that can bust through steel, if they make it from steel.

Ummm... Honestly Steel wouldn't stand up against quite a few jutsu... I mean honestly it just seems to me that steel isn't all that hard to break in the world of Naruto... I mean they make CHAKRA Reinforced steel in the game, if steel was enough why reinforce it with chakra?

Yeah.... I have a feeling if Jade does drop anyone down that thing, she isn't just going to rely on them falling. She'll probably toss a few techniques downwards to help, and that'll stop you from doing any techniques. Oh - and before you bring it up, you have to be on the ground to use the Tei Hakusa, so it won't stop your fall. All that will do is stop you from breaking bones when you land.

Oh, would you all just shut up already!?! This is completely ridiculous, and is in no way needed at all. If one of these situations ever DOES arise, I'll determine whats fair and whats not. Comprende?

If it was my chute, I'd add traps on the way down. They would most likely not hit if the person fell at the proper speed, but if they tried to climb back out, or somehow slowed their fall near the top, the traps would activate, shredding, roasting, and all around decimating the poor guy.
