Shay sighed, it didn't have to be like this. "Faraday... I'm sorry but we just don't see any reason to let it out of our hands." She pressed her fingers into the bridge of her nose, trying to relieve the tension.
Cassie was going to stay quiet but at that last snide remark she blurted something out, "I will have fun. Saving your sorry a** from those power-hungry vultures!" She turned on her heel and started to stomp away.

Ketsueki just could't stand the tension anymore. "Why won't you two just hand the god damn f*****g amulet to Faraday!?" She cried and launched out the energy out from her fist who went straight to Cassie. She breathed in heavy breaths, controling her lust for the amulet until she heard Crade's thoughts in her head.
I know you want it Ketsueki... I want it too... we don't need to stay enemies this way... we could join forces against those stupid brats... come on.. cassie just called us vultures.. that isn't a nice thing to say.. sucomb to the power of the amulet.. get it.. taste it.. Crade had to change plans and so he decided to aim to the most suceptible(sp) member to mind control. S-s-shut up! She thought back.

Kelab raised an eyebrow, "Ketsueki? Are you alright?" he stoud his ground as an observer and couldn't tell if he'd get it or not.

Freeda began to sturr and whimpered.

Crade cuddled Freeda and gave her a sweet kiss on the forehead. He then continued, going deeper into Ketsueki's mind. Forget Kelab and focus! you want the amulet, I want the amulet, we all want the amulet! You are stronger than you think, you could be able to kill Cassie and Shay in no time.. after you kill them, THEN you are strong enough to start thinking about killing me
Ketsueki hold herself onto her head. Shut up shut up shut up get out of my head!

Kelab looked at Ketsueki and touched her head lightly, "Shhhh...Ketsueki...." he brought a coolness to her mind.
Freeda was out of it, "Crade....what's going on?...."

Cassie saw the dark energy flying toward her before it hit, so it didn't do much damage. Cassie just took the energy into herself, seeing as it was the same element as her own, and used it to strengthen her resolve. She turned and stomped back to her sister's side and fastened a hold on her arm. "You're still making no sense Faraday." Cassie sent a dark glare at Ketsueki but did nothing against her words.
Gregory had tried the number a million times and they were probably thinking it was a prank... Or wary of whoever had called their 'best team' out to fight the society's group and had that same team come back with their tails between their legs, if at all. He stepped into a nearby puddle to go and talk with the Quisidor.

Crade had to sign off from Ketsueki's mind because of Freeda. Think about it, how long has it been since you ever killed someone meaningfull? yes, I'm not counting the scouts... oh right, your last victim like that was your old boyfriend's dragon, how sad. See you around.. He kissed Freeda again. "Don't worry dear, everything's fine, it only seams they are having a little discussion or something, but nothing too serious. Go back to sleep" He said.
Ketsueki holded herself still to her head. he's so dead he's so dead he's so dead...

"Would you rather we give it to Thorn? We'll give it away as much as you want but it's not leaving this family. We'll even give it to-" She was cut off by Thornessa's hand wrapping around her mouth.
Thornessa gave Shay a powerful and meaningful look. We will not be talking about him here. Jen communicated to Shay, and Cassie, through their minds. "I will take it if it would make you feel better."
