I couldn't tell you. It's at my mother's house right now, packed away with the majority of my comics. It was a part of my favorite Legion storyarc. It was also the last major appearance of the Legion of Super-Villains.

Yeah, I say that because Steeple could only be accessible for a short time every ten years due to the black hole right near the planet.

Lucky you. I haven't got a majority of comics. I have various reboot Legion issues, couple of early 90s JLI issues, and some newer stuff.
