The response to Neko is quite delayed and a bit fuzzy at the edges.

Nyl stared up at the sky, barely even feeling the rain anymore, with how wet she already was.

"Okie dokie! Thank you, Nekojiri." Iri gives him a grateful smile and a respectful bow. Then she looks to Alice and gives her a two-fingered salute meant to be a friendly gesture. "Bye-bye."
And she turns around to head back inside. Time to find her book and take done some notes. And maybe she should retrieve her naginata from the main room before someone steps on it.

"Hmm?" Alice looked up at the sky and Neko did, confused. She then shook her head and looked to him again, hugging her sword as it rested on one of the steps. "I'm hoping there is still room for me, Neko-sama. And maybe in you element, as well."

"Clau-" not even able to finish her friend's name, she found herself coughing once more. The same thing that had been happening for the last couple months was starting to become more frequent.
Clearing her throat, she began to clean her hands once more and her face as well.
The night was getting older and a stage of sleep was falling over her eyes. Her body wanting it as well, though not her. If it were up to her, she wouldn't sleep a single wink. Yet the body is master when it comes to things of that matter.

She smiled big and nodded. "Thank you, Neko-sama." She then looked up, wondering if she should say this or not, "Neko-sama... is... Orochimaru... dead?" She asked, remembering when her marks had disapeared.

Nyl drew in a sharp breath and sat up quickly. She looked around, certain she had heard... But the only things around her were rain and trees. she fell back onto the wet ground, staring up at the sky again.
What...in the world... Lightning flashed again over her head. ...Am I really...?

It was a fragment of a conversation. Something Nyl hadn't bothered to remember very well, or often. Too much had been happening, too much for her to think about and comprehend and learn.

She realized Neko had said something to her. She hadn't a clue what it was.

(( Weasel Stomping Day )) As Neko dashed off on her she sighed. She looked into the dojo door with sorrow. Everything looked so weird now...
Slipping her b*****d sword pack onto her back, she headed inside, before slipping through the main room and into the kitchen. She filled a pot of water; one of the almost natural actions to a member of the dojo, then snatched some tea leaves from the cupboard and crushed them a bit more than they already were. The smaller the leaves; the higher the quality.

-=Neko quickly comes up on Nyl, stopping very quickly at her side, the wind he created rushing past him. He knelt at her side and examined any injuries she may have before holding a finger out, doing a very light ijutsu scan of her body=-

Nyl... You fell from at least a few hundred feet. I don't know how you landed, but the fact that you're sunk into the ground an inch doesn't look good...
