Dr. OCD Apparently my entire family is separating from my parents for holidays now because my parents are the most Conservative, homophobic, racist bastards ever. All the children, nephews, nieces, brothers in law, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc. will now be gathering at my sister's house instead of my parents' house. I don't think anyone is objecting to this at all. Why, you ask?: Over this past weekend my parents got the pleasure of meeting my brother's boyfriend. My brother asked if his bf could attend Thanksgiving and they said no because they didn't want to "be put into a position in which they are forced to endorse such behavior". They think being gay is okay, but acting upon it is immoral. So, that's what's up.
but it's good that the rest of your family feels differently. it sounds like you guys are doing the right thing, even though it must be hard.

I have longer lists in other places..
But my favorites of ALL TIMES are Lady Sovereign, Hollywood Undead, Owl City, Coeur de Pirate and Regina Spektor. OH, and Tristan Prettyman. :]
