Tuaisceart Eireann Actually, I kinda figure he represents England, but as England he represents the whole UK for worldly matters and such, because they basically do anyway. But Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland do exist, because their cultures are so different from each other, it would be nearly impossible to accurately depict all of them in one person. Plus, Arthur would have like a million personalities and it would kind of be confusing. This is actually the canon interpretation as it was described by the Hetalia author. I believe I remember reading that he said "Igirisu" (aka: Britain) is something only foreigners would call him but his siblings would refer to him as "Igrando" (aka: England)

And even thow you may have been around about as long, the 2 didn't become separate till Ireland got it's independence back.) Atlest that is how I understand it. NI is Irish British citezens, so not that much. Whales Scotland and Ireland are Keltic not at ALL related to England, and there are 3 others too.)
