Azaroth shook his head, "Nothing so specific. She foretold of children that would upset Rowena, and difficult times ahead. Naturally it concerned both of us, but I never imagined..."

"Ah.. yes well these children would be upsetting. I'm afraid Ro's daughters may be... too corrupted and twisted now. I'm glad she has Aetos as a saving grace. She'd be totally destroyed if all her children had been corrupted by Helga and my daughter..." He frowned thoughtfully "Has... Ro SEEN anything? I know she doesn't use it but perhaps in this situation she did?"

Sal frowned "She didn't tell you? Daft woman... you need to know in case her shields slip and she has an episode!" He shook his head in exasperation "I'm not sure I should be the one to tell you though.... its rather personal..."

He sighed "I don't suppose I have to explain just how powerful the four of us are... its why Helga is so hard to destroy. Just because she seemed the least harmful in the beginning doesn't mean she doesn't have the same power and the rest of us. We all have a.. coming of age thing around the cusp of adulthood where the rest of our powers and potential are unleashed. Some pass without notice... ours was like a Hurricane and Ro's was one of the worst. She was 'blessed' with The Sight... only... it was too high a level for her to control. She would meet people and see their whole lives play out before her after a simple hoofshake. It grew worse as time past and soon she was seeing things from objects.. past memories and future destinations. Some things weren't so bad... but most... were the things you couldn't dream of in your worst nightmares. And she did.. dream it all over and over. Her Sight evolved into her being able to see ALL paths not just the current one like Tae. So in the moment she would experience one.. and at night she would dream of all the others. i can;t tell you how many deaths she saw and worse. She stopped going out, reading books, drinking tea, eating. She was terrified of everything and anything that could give her a vision. Godric, Helga and I finally forced an intervention. We worked with her to block her Sight. I developed a potion to basically incase it within her mind. She can release it if she wanted but it would require another dose of potion to get it back under control." He shifted uneasily "She asked me to create a potion that would remove it completely... which I did. The side affects would be drastic though and she hasn't taken it yet.. the barrier suits her for now. I say episode because... even with the potion.. sometimes things slip through and she falls back on those old habits, depending on how severe the vision was. She hasn't had one in a long while but with all this stress I'm betting it will happen eventually.... "

Damn it, Rowena... Azaroth cursed silently. Why didn't you tell me? "When this happens," his voice was quiet as he spoke. "What do I do to help her?"

Sal sighed "She'll need a STRONG calming draught and another dose of the blocking potion. Dreamless sleep doesn't work for visions. She always has both potions with her and they should be labeled. I send her fresh ones every week."

Sal frowned thoughtfully "Just.. if the signs start to point to her visions starting... keep the kids away. She doesn't want to expose them to it. Though I keep warning her they should be prepared... in case one of them inherits it. She's adamant they won't"

Sal blinked in surprise "Is she? I didn't know that.. Ro never mentioned it. I know she's extremely magically strong though. Is Synne dealing ok with it?"
