In my mod, only the Roman Empire has that techgroup. It's at 125% research rate. blaugh

EUIV gives me many ideas for modding.
I'll have to mod Westernization in EU3 biggrin W heavily. This is mostly because I want to remove the New World and Chinese teachgroups from the "rest of the world to Muslim techgroup" Westernization. I want to balance the Westernizations to make it more historically accurate.
I am almost done with the Chinese techgroup modding. It has taken me days to do it well with the infantry.
Perhaps we can invite the girls here and talk while playing this game. That way, it's gonna be lively. 3nodding
