A Happiny approached Ginji as he raised a Pokeball in defense. in a bright flash, Larvitar appeared to take on the challenge. The little guy attacked first with a Rock Slide, hurting Happiny where it hurt. Happiny retaliated with a Pound, doing minor damage to Larvitar. "No reason to hold back Larvi," Ginji commented as the little guy let loose a Hyper Beam, almost KOing the Happiny who used Copycat, bring Larvitar's health down to the yellow. Ginji tossed a Greatball at Happiny, it wiggled a few times before becoming still.

Next up was a Shinx. A nice and easy battle. Larvitar used Earthquake, KOing the weak little electric type. "Bored." Ginji smiled as a musical note appeared over Larvitar's head.

~Felix~MK~Rin

As Felix exited the cave, he was quickly ambushed by a duo of Pokemon, to be more precise, a pair of Shinx. A fairly easy battle but the two small Pokemon seemed very peeved over the fact that Felix was even in their domain. The young boy put his hands in front of his face in a non-threatening manner, trying to assure the two Pokemon that he meant no harm. Unfortunately only to be met by a combination of Thunder Wave attacks, shocking the young boy into a state of mild paralysis, with just barely enough energy to send out two Pokemon to fend off the Shinx duo, MK and Rin.

The battle began with MK wasting no time lashing out at one of the two electric types with Ice Punch attack, nearly finishing it off with one attack. Rin following up on the second opposing force with her own Fury Swipes only hitting a few times though.

Felix would have wasted no time in attempting to catch one of the Pokemon at that point if he was able to move his arms, but alas he was still as unmoving as a statue and only able to watch the battle commence.

The two Shinx then followed up with a combined Discharge attack, dealing a fair amout of damage to both of Felix's Pokemon, unfortunately neither of the attacks leaving their paralysis effects though. Leaving the already decently injured Shinx open to one last Ice Punch from MK, knocking the small electric type out cold. Rin then followed up with another Fury Swipes on her own, this time connecting more consecutive hits on the last standing Shinx as it stumbled to move. Just in time for Felix to regain some movements in his limbs too, ripping a Pokeball out of his pocket and tossing it at the Shinx. The electric Pokemon fighting back momentarily before the ball stood still on the ground.
(Epic fail, sorry, I thought I was taking too long....)

The Pokemon said,"For those who have defeated my forces, proceed into the Soula Forest, You are quite strong."

"I don't like ominous voices in the middle of dark forests." Felix stated as he looked between Cristian and Ginji. MK nodding in response having stayed out of his Pokeball after the battle.

"Lovely." Ginji sighed as he was pushed forward, and eventually onto his face. "So, now what? Fight stronger things that seem to come out of nowhere?"

"It's like airport security." Ginji laughed as he took out a sandwich from his backpack.

Felix would have added to Ginji's witty comment but he was slightly distracted by the nearby human remains.

Dom, the Honchkrow, swooped low using a strong and close range Heat Wave, The enemy Scyther seemed to fall back and stagger after it's fourth fail to get up. The foe fell to the ground acting as though it was fainted. Arekku cheered and so did Dom, and as soon as Dom did the foe attacked, mixing a Faint Attack with an X-scissor, takeing a light chunk from Dom's HP.

Dom spun around enraged and shot a nasty Dark Pulse at the enemy, sending it to cling for it's life by a thread. Arekku pulled out one of his last three regular pokeballs, "Alright..." He tossed it, hitting the wild Scyther square in the face. Scyther was pulled in and the ball began wriggling.

'Wriggle,,
.......Ding! The wild Scyther had been caught.

As Arekku began to walk to grab his new pokemon he felt a sharp pain in his back. Dom launched himself at the attacker blindly, luckily making contact with an impressive Wing Attack.

After getting up to turned to look upon the pokemon, a Heracross. "This'll be simple..." Arekku said after a moment of thought. The Heracross had hit a nearby tree from the powerful Wing Attack from earlier and was still recovering from that.

Dom leaned forward in flight, while flying towards the enemy Heracross, a Drill Peck ready to hit it. As Dom was about it hit, the Heracross pulled back it's fist launched an all-out Close Combat.

After the dust settled one could see the opponent fainted against the trunk of the tree and Dom panting on the ground. Arekku spoke, "Good job, Dom, rest now." He withdrew his pokemon and caught up with the group.
