I love food as an art medium.. Why only make it taste good when it can look good, too? I think making it look that good is a far greater challenge than just making it taste good.. I made sushi for two years....and for sushi, moreso than some other things, presentation is everything... And now I'm just rambling.... >.>

And I totally understand what you mean about the sushi. If it's ill-prepared, it's not the same. It has to look right. You can't just slap together some rice, seaweed, and raw fish and call it sushi. It has to look right. *rambles as well*

Damn these chefographies...I can't stop watching them... gonk The Rachael Ray one was good...but I don't give a damn about Sandra Lee's semi-homeade stuffs... But I still can't stop watching it... gonk ;;

Desserts are always so much fun heart I've been wanting to bake so bad... My chocolate molds just came the other day...and the non-stick baking mats that are god... And I got a new cook book...but it's all the things the book has inspired that aren't in the book... gonk heart I'd say I think I'm slowly losing it...but it's not like I ever had much to lose... whee ;
