Concerts are pretty loud, but for the convenience of those with superhearing, it won't hurt you. Just their hearing is going to be toned down to normal hearing mainly because the loud noises will be making it hard to hear any small or detailed sound. Basically, their hearing would be the same as anyone elses, except without the pain.

If you're on the stage of a concert, then you can't hear anything unless you've got monitors blasting sound back in your face. Its why you see some rock band members wearing headphones on stage. When you're on stage in a stadium concert, the cheers of the crowd are louder than you are. Especially when its thousands of people. Also, who agrees my post is epic?
