I feel like I'm more likely to lose gold than gain it on RIGs. The risk is too high. If you think about it, to double the gold on a RIG I'd have to make twice what each individual piece is worth, since it's incredibly unlikely to get any of the super rares anyway.
Awww, goodnight Rayne! <3

I think Miss may have a good idea about using the RIGs actually, but not quite in the way that she's saying (I think).
Good night Rayne!

Yes... not 'play' the rigs just 'play' with the items and the actual box's.
XD I know the chances of 'winning' a rig are slim... some might even call the whole thing rigged

What I'm talking about is, if you can afford it, buy a bundle, open it, and sell them separately. Going by LMP at the moment, Perfect Tragedy Bundles are about 786k. Single ones are going for about 92k (you could still probably ask for more than that). If you were to sell all 9 of them separately, you'd get a profit of 42k. It's not exactly that much, but it's not bad either. As time goes on, this RIG will be going up in price because there are some nice items in it. Then when it's leaving/leaves the Cash Shop, it's gonna skyrocket. It'd probably be a good idea to hoard a few extras for that time.

Sorry, I got busy. D:
I still say that EIs would net more profit. Let's say that I bought 10 Compass of Seidhs the day they first came out. That day, the ABP was 501,771 so I would have spent roughly 5 mil gold. Right now, LMP is almost 1 mil - 994k, to be exact. If I turned these around and sold them today, I would have made a 5 mil profit, and it's not even finished evolving yet. xD
The exception to saying that EIs net more than RIGs is the Azrael's Trickbox - but I don't see this RIG becoming another one of those. It's possible, I guess, but... I can't see that lion becoming more demanded/popular than the Pale Marionette/Lucky.

Yes, probably not. But it does have some nice items, and it seems to have an alright chance of getting past more than one round (don't quote me on that, you may want to ask Tasn). There are several items that look quite nice and, although an EI could be a good idea, those don't always turn out as expected. It could do the opposite of what you may expect.
Sure, the Compass is doing exceptionally well, especially for not even being completely evolved (and without a warning from Dr. Singh that it's about to be), but that doesn't mean the next one will. EIs are kinda just as unpredictable as RIGs. Who knows? Maybe the Compass won't turn out to be as spectacular as expected and it'll drop like a rock.
With Bundles, buying the Bundles and selling them separately will make a sort of small profit, and it'll take a while to get the gold you're wanting. However, I do know there are items in it that are liked and will be/already wanted (though maybe not as much as Pale or Lucky) and because of that, the RIG will go up in price later on.
Why don't you just buy a Bundle and sell it separately once? They'd probably be bought fairly quickly right now and once you've sold them, you'd have enough Gold to buy another Bundle to do it again along with some extra Gold to spare. After doing that enough, you could even get more than one at a time and sell those too (though it'd probably be best to stick with one until you know how well it's gonna sell).
If I had enough Gold to get a Bundle, I'd do it myself, but since I don't, I can't.

The chances of getting past one round in this RIG is indeed very high. However, the fail prizes are still fail and the chances of you getting an item that is worth more than 400k from the encore is slim. I've gotten encore quite a few times, but the prizes (pale and Erik aside) were worth around 400k on average.
Really, if you don't want a lot of these items, sell off the RIG individually rather than open them.
