Jack laid back on his bed, unbuttoning his shirt to cool himself off. Perhaps I shouldn't have let Gestalt go; my body hurts . . . my body hurts. No . . . no I can handle this.

"Take a seat, Jack," an aged man said, sitting at the end of a table.

A young Jack Sirshosim sat at the spot of the table on his father's right. He took in the elder Sirshosim's features; he had strong and prominent aged features. Despite the creases on his cheeks and forehead, he had a look in his narrow brown eyes that showed that he was a strong man, the kind that wouldn't hesitate to break the neck of his opponent. His velvety black hair was tied back in a ponytail that trailed down his neck and stopped just above his waist. Without bangs, his facial features weren't hidden by fringes of hair.

"You're a man now, Jack," the elder Sirshosim said, his eyes on his son as he sipped his tea. "Have you considered what I told you?"

Jack sighed, placing his hands on his tea cup as the butler poured the tea. "I have," he said, shooting the butler an icy glare. "But can this bloke leave the room?"

The elder Sirshosim looked to his butler with a sinister smirk. "Please leave," he said, waving the butler out.

The butler bowed and exited the room swiftly.

"I have considered what you said, Father," Jack said, placing his hands on his lap, "About becoming the family head."

"Oh?" Jack's father placed his tea cup down and placed a hand on his chin in interest. "And what do you think, my son?"

Jack lifted his gaze to his weary mother, sitting in her usual ladylike pose with her pointed hazel eyes on him. Her pale brown hair was tied in its usual bun and her corset was tied so tightly, her skin had paled without oxygen.

"Well," Jack said, avoiding his tea, "I would like to handle the family very soon, sooner than you proposed, Father."

Jack's father's eyes widened and he raised an eyebrow. "Jack, are you mad?!" he said with a raised voice, "You are fifteen! Your Coming Of Age ceremony was but a month ago. I was hoping you would take hold of the family when we were older!"

The young Sirshosim shook his head. "No, Father," he said, "I want to control the family now. I am old enough to handle our family. I would know what I'm doing."

"Absolutely not!" Jack's father shouted, slamming the table as Jack's mother remained nonchalant, "You have a while to go, Jack! You--" The elder Sirshosim paused, his face becoming suddenly pale and his eyes widened. He placed a hand to his chest, heaving up a cough. He slammed the table and his tea cup smashed to the floor.

"What's wrong, dear?" Jack's mother shrieked, suddenly growing pale and coughing just as hard as her husband.

Jack stood from his seat, purposely knocking his tea cup over. "Oh, sorry, Mother and Father," he sang, pacing his parents, "It would seem as though I . . . 'accidentally' put poison in tonight's tea."

Immediately, Jack's father seized his son by the shoulders. "What? What is wrong with you you . . . insolent boy . . . you--"

Suddenly, the elder Sirshosim fell off his chair, gripping the tablecloth as he fell as his body stiffened and shook violently.

"Jack! Oh, Jack!" Jack's mother screamed, "What have you done?!" Suddenly, she too fell off her seat to the floor, shaking stiffly just as her husband had.

Jack placed his hands in his pockets with a smile. "It would seem as though you two are suffering a seizure as a result of the poison's effect. Pretty soon, your nervous system will shut down and you will die."

The young Sirshosim eyed his parents with content as they shook and finally froze, growing quiet.

Jack smiled. "I've done it," he whispered, "I am now the head of the family."

"Help!" he shouted, snickering at his facade, "Help! Someone help, please! My parents, they've fallen! Help!"



Victor stepped inside the ragged house, taking in the smell of dust. Where is she? Where did she go?

"Ace of Clubs!" he shouted once more, "Ace of Clubs! Are you here?"



"The Mad Hatter's tea shop?" Lewis said, "My my, please don't tell me it is the same tea shop I just visited, run by two women."

Lewis chuckled, tapping his arms in a new rhythm.

My sister: *looks at me* I have one: Do you not know how to shave?!

Victor beamed at the sight of the Ace of Clubs. His heart fluttered and he approached her quickly. Looking into her eyes, he suddenly felt lost, as if the rest of the world didn't exist.

"Oh, Ace of Clubs," he said cheerily, "I am so happy to see you!"



Lewis paused, hearing the echo throughout the trees of a developed male voice calling his name. I know that voice . . . Ven . . .

Lewis laughed madly, limping away from the Ten of Hearts. "Forgive me, Miss Ten," he chuckled, "But someone calls for me. Farewell and happy unbirthday!"

The undertaker limped in the direction of the voice, the hard soles of his boots becoming uncomfortable with each step. His feet became sore and he felt as though blisters were forming on them. Still, he walked with his usual smirk.

"Ven, my boy!" he shouted with a laugh, "You want to talk to me?"

((LMAO! SHE DANCES WHEN SHE WALKS!))

Victor gasped, looking at the Ace of Clubs with widened eyes.

"A-Ace of Clubs," Victor said, holding a hand out with a hint of apprehension on his face. "It's me, Victor, the Ace of Hearts. Don't you remember me?"

What's going on? Why is she acting this way?

The pain at Ace of clubs head grew as she heard the man's name, Victor, Victor.... Victor, where had she hear that name before?

'Nice to meet you victor, I'm Elizabeth'

A sharp pulsation of pain made Ace of club's face contract ever so slightly at the words ringing on her head so she decided to concentrate of the second name, Ace of hearts, it caused less pain and she could get by it that he was not dangerous at least, why, he was a suit just like her, still, why was he here? before speaking she smiled as if nothing was going on "Do forgive me, I have been rather 'forgetful' as of lately" as said letting part of her weight rest on the wall, she still knew nothing about this person and the fact that he made her head hurt didn't help "Ace of Hearts, hum?" she said racing a hand to his face and taking his chin between her fingers as if to analyze it better "Victor..." she said smirking, the word sent a new pulsation of pain to her head but she ignored it as best as she could.

Henry crossed his arm and sighed. "Come on in, Marcie..." he said. He looked over at the Ace that had come through his open door.


Ashle was laying on her back, staring at the ceiling. That's the second person who's told me that Matt could be alive....Why would he hid himself? Why...why wouldn't he tell me before. She felt tears welling up, and her chest heaving. Unless....He's hiding right in front of me and I can't see it.....SHe shot strait up. "Oh my god...." she said, her hands covering her mouth, the tears falling. "How could I have been so stupid?!"
