I've been trying to mod the file where the HRE events are so that I can get cores on ALL the HRE provinces and not just on my neighbors. 3nodding

I imagine it's not too hard to change that. There's probably some code where you can just make it where you get cores on all provinces in the HRE or owned by HRE nations. 3nodding
