Sammy rubbed her forehead, walking into the common room. Being drunk had only kept the pain away for awhile, but now it had returned to haunt her through the halls and corridors of HQ once more. She took a deep, ragged breath, sitting down on the couch.

Tommy must have been haunted. He landed next to Sammy on the couch, dazed, after dissapearing from Crawdaunt.

Meganium walks out of the healing room. "Hey Sammy, how are you today?" She asked seeing Sammy sitting on the couch.

Sammy raised an eye brow at Meganium and Tommy. She shrugged to the grass pokemon, then simply patted Tommy on the head.

Reaper fell off of Floatzel again and landed onto the shore again.

Ginji stood on top of the Volcano overlooking Aquos Island. "It's so beautiful." he smiled as a cloaked figure in all black appeared from a dark portal next to him.
"The time has come." the man said as Ginji turned around to see the cloaked figure. "Is the Light of Aqua strong enough to burst through the darkness?" the figured replied as a smirk was seen beneath his hood.
"It's been a long time old friend." Ginji smiled at the man with no heart. "Let the test begin."
"So be it. Let your Light shine through." the man raised both hands and the sky was painted black. Meteors fell from the heavens onto Aquos Island, impacting the soft Earth and sending up sparks as they hit.
"Calling all Aquas, we have a situation." Ginji said into his DigiDes, sending messages to all Aqua members. "Get to the beach." he said as he fell off the Volcanic cliff towards the Beach.

Sammy hissed as she heard Mr. Ginji's voice. "I don't have the patience for this tonight!" she barked irritably, standing up and stalking to the beach with a great deal of effort. She coughed as she reached the beach, watching as the meteors fell from the sky.

Reaper jumps up after a meteor nearly crashed into him. "HOLY COW!" He yelled before Miltank started acting holy like.

Arekku had landed on the beach when he got the message on his TADS, "Okay..." He slowly returned Aro. And began looking around, a meteor hit not to far from him, the force knocked him backwards into a large rock.

Ginji landed on the Beach with Pokeballs raised. "Looks like this test is a bit more involved than the last one." he sighed as he grabbed his DigiDex and 28 Unown flew out in a bright flash of purple light. Together they swirled around in a dome object, projecting a force field to deflect the meteors.
From beneath the earth, dark shadows started sweeping up, taking the form of Pokemon from the deepest parts of Hell. Colored black with the Aura of Shadows (yes, Shadow Pokemon).
"This isn't good." Ginji called to the others. "How many are there?" he asked as a Shadow Houndour roared and spit a flamethrower directly at him. In a burst of Wind Magic the boy separated the flames, pointing it towards the beach creating glass where sand once was.
"Battle time." Ginji sweated out as he drew another Pokeball. "Catch 1 or 2 and fight 4-8." he smiled as he crunched some numbers in his head. "Remember, Shadow Pokemon are especially hard to control, so I'm only allowing anyone not in Tier 1 or 2 to have a basic stage." Ginji explained as the Flamethrower died down enough for a counterattack.

Sammy sighed, taking her hat off and throwing it to the ground. If she battled using her own powers it would kill her, but she wanted to limit the exposure of her pokemon to shadow pokemon as much as she could. Her head held high, she raced towards a shadow pokemon.

The first pokemon to approach him was a black Elekid, even though it looked awesome, he knew it was a very dangerous pokemon, "Alright, let's go Dean!" The Onix popped from his pokeball and he started coiling towards the small electric shadow pokemon, and quickly spun himself around to try and hit it with Iron Tail, it hit sending the pokemon flying into Arekku's favorite rock structure. The Elekid seemed to land on the side of the rock and reverse the momentum, pushing itself from the wall and striking Dean in the midsection with a Brick Break, doing Critical Damage and extra damage due to the type effectivness. Dean had a problem getting back up after the impact.
Arekku thought about changing out but before he had the chance, Dea pulled himself up off the ground as much as he could and slammed himself down causing a massive Earthquake beneath Elekid's feet. The small pokemon seemed slightly dazed as it tried getting back up from the ground, "I guess this wouldn't be the worst to try and catch... Ginji said we could..." He pulled up a pokeball and tossed it at Elekid, the pokemon pulled it's arm up and swiped across, shattering the pokeball. The Elekid ran at Dean with amazing speed and punched at Dean with yet another Brick Break, but Dean had enough sense to coil-roll out of the way to dodge the attack.
Dean, once behind the enemy, dove at it with a Rock Climb attack, knocking Elekid into a tree which crashed with the impact, Arekku left no time he tossed a Great Ball hitting the pokemon and pulling it inside just that quick,

.......ding! The Elekid was caught. The next shadow pokemon came up, a nasty looking Geodude.

Reaper readied his pokeballs, and began battling, and sent out Blaziken.
A Shadow Bayleef walked up to Reaper.
Blaziken vs. Shadow Bayleef
"Blaziken used Blaze Kick, kicking the Shadow Grass type with a fiery kick, dealing great damage, nearly fainting it. Shadow Bayleef used Synthesis, healing a good amount of his wounds. "Blaziken, use Fire Blast!" Reaper said as Blaziken sent a huge blast of fire at Bayleef, fainting it.
A Shadow Tailow flew over to the 2.

"Blaziken use your Flamethrower." Reaper said as Blaziken sent a wave of fire at Shadow Tailow, dealing good damage. Shadow Tailow used Peck, poking Blaziken with its beak dealing decent damage. "Blaziken use your Slash attack." He said as Blaziken slashed at the Shadow Tailow, critical hit, fainting it.
A Shadow Combusken walked up to the 2.

"Blaziken use your Aerial Ace." Reaper said as Blaziken dashed and slashed at Shadow Combusken dealing good damage. Shadow Combusken used its own Aerial Ace, dashing and slashing at Blaziken, dealing good damage. "Blaziken use Brave Bird." Reaper said as Blaziken dashed at top speed at Shadow Combusken, and hitting it hard, fainting it, and also fainting Blaziken with recoil damage.
Reaper sent out Kadabra as a Shadow Pikachu walked up to them.
Kadabra vs. Shadow Pikachu
"Kadabra use Psychic!" Reaper said as Kadabra sent a blast of psychic energy at Shadow Pikachu, dealing great damage. Shadow Pikachu used its Volt Tackle, dashing at Kadabra, with a thunderish energy around it and hit Kadabra hard, dealing great damage, while inflicting damage to itself from recoil. "Kadabra use Psychic again." Reaper said as Kadabra sent a blast of psychic energy at Shadow Pikachu, critical hit, fainting the mouse of darkness.
Reaper returned Kadabra and stood somewhere to observe the battles.

Although she hated to do it, Sammy released Squirt to assist her in battling. The two made a formidable opponent when they worked as one, but shadow pokemon… Perhaps Sammy would also need the help of her “little sister”. “Tanuki!” she called, releasing the Flaffy with whom she shared DNA with. The two short pokemon flanked either side of her, and five shadow pokemon surrounded them. Two Seedot, two Nuzleaf, and one Shiftry.
Squirt began right off the bat, tucking in his head and preparing to launch at the dark foes. Shiftry shot a dozen razor-sharp leaves at Sammy, leaving tiny cuts on her arms and legs. She snarled, throwing a Power Gem at Shiftry. The two Nuzleafs both used growth, growing two times in size. Tanuki shot herself forward and used Power Gem, also, on Shiftry, fainting the beast. The two Seedots didn’t like this, however. They shot powerful bullet-like seeds at Tanuki, snapping at her fluff and causing her to stagger backwards. Squirt popped out of his shell and slammed right into one of the two Nuzleafs, causing that one to faint. Sammy grinned, using a Thunder attack on the other of the pair. Although it didn’t do much, the pokemon was still very angry. It shot another dozen Razor-sharp leaves at Sammy, doing even more damage than the first time do to the growth. Tanuki shot a Power Gem at the other of the two pokemon, almost fainting it. Squirt finished it off quickly with a Bite attack. Sammy looked at one of the Seedot, feeling sorry for it. She and Tanuki both let out a medium Thundershock at the same time, as to not cause the little guy too much permanent harm. That Seedot fainted, but not before finishing off Tanuki with a swift Bullet Speed to the neck. Sammy’s “little sister” fainted, and she returned her.
The last pokemon, the other Seedot, knew that it wasn’t in a very good situation. In desperation, it curled into itself as to ready for the next move. Sammy’s eyes widened as she realized what it was. Quickly, she returned Squirt to his pokeball (against his wishes, of course) just before the Seedot used Explosion and fainted itself, sending Sammy back a few yards into a rock. She fell to the ground, fainted. Although she had won due to Squirt still being there, she couldn’t find the strength in her limbs to get up once more, so she decided to remain there for the rest of the battle.

Ginji smiled as Lucario appeared. "This'll be a piece of cake." the boy smiled as Lucario attacked with an Aura Sphere, blasting itself through the Houndour's flames and sent it flying into a rock. The Houndour tried standing up, but rather fell flat onto the earth, being absorbed back into the Underworld.
Together, a Plusle and a Minun materialized from the shadows in the sand. Lucario stared blankly as it hit the sand with an Earthquake. The shockwave didn't carry as well as Ginji had hoped as both Plusle and Minun were still standing. Minun started with a Rain Dance while Plusle launched a Thunder. The lightning hit Lucario with a dark force behind it. But it didn't last, Lucario attacked with another Earthquake, sending them to their knees. Minun started with a Helping Hand where Plusle atatcked with Thunder, KOing Lucario.
Ginji smiled as he tossed two Aquaballs at the weakened Shadow Pokemon. In a few shakes, both balls stopped, turning the Aquaball a black color and emanating a black Aura.
Sandshrew appeared for Ginji's side as another Shadow Pokemon appeared, this time an Eevee. Sandshrew attacked with a Fury Swipes while the Eevee transformed into a Vaporeon, KOing Sandshrew with a Surf.
"?! THE HELL?!" Ginji screamed as the Shadow Pokemon took down Sandshrew with one hit. In a flash he send out Natu who attacked with Psychic. The Eevee transformed again, this time into Jolteon, who attacked with Thunder, KOing Natu. Down to one of his last Pokemon, Ginji sent out his Shiny Beldum with Unown markings, it hit the Eevee hard with an Iron Head, KOing the shadow.
