He hadn't really thought that she'd break up with him (although he had entertained the notion), but hearing Billy echo his thoughts on the subject comforts him. He leans up against his brother's side, "I didn't really think that. I guess... I just don't have much confidence when it comes to this kind of thing."

Billy slings an arm around Corri's shoulder and smiles. "You should come partying with me tonight." he says. "It'll make you feel better."

"It's not one of the normal parties. Matt's in town for the weekend and is having a few people over. Last I heard Rave was going too." Billy replies, knowing that Corri and Matt had been close-ish. (Or as close as Corri is with anyone other than him.
