So, to put it in my terms, your quirk, Nova, is to be an annoyance to those people. stare Until they come to your terms at least.

Same quirk as me about most things. Even when I saw snow for the first time last year I was like "..Uh..alright. Lets make a snowman and blade-raid the b***h.."

What kind of bands you listen to?

Apparently many people know of Skillet. Makes me not want to listen to them anymore. Still a good band, though.

and I know what you mean. I work eight hours a day with one headphone all the time (we're allowed to) and a lot of times I think I hear someone calling me and I turn just in case if someone else. But when up close to someone I just stare at them and try to lip read most things with the faint sound of their words while the music plays in my head. When I feel the conversation is unimportant or something stupid I nod my head and reply with a 'ah, yeah' or something appropriate to end the conversation.

It ain't as bad as the girl problems I tend to stimulate through verbal or dismissive actions. Like the story of psycho-b***h in my home economics class. She was a psycho b***h.

For fun and games my friend threw the plastic coil of a milk gallon at her, and she turned, looked down at the belt and screamed. I mean she SCREAMED, high-pitch and all. 'MAM!' Not only me but the five of us (roommates and friends) stared wide-eyed. My friend crouched to supress his laughter while others kept their own 'We're dead' reactions. She began screaming and screaming. We played innocent and got away with it. When the bell rang she was the first to leave. I got a pencil and ran after her and threw it at her...for about half the year we were fuming with each other until I told her to 'Shut the ******** up, or blow me'. Then her friends came at me..and..long story short, it ended in two days.

Eh. Rumors. I've had many about me which I shrugged off, letting people believe they were right. What little would it affect me, even if they were the worst.

True you can just shrugg them off but she made it very hard... 3 months after she tells the rumour she reminds you spreads it but adds something... the day before I moved I walked up to her and grabbed her shoulders, in front of everyone and I made my own little speech/rumor for her to live with while I started over in a new school I remember it like yesterday "Listen Vashti... I know you've been making these rumors to hide it... But I'm moving so I'm gonna tell you... The sex was amazing... but All I have to say now is... Bye..." I kissed her on the forehead walked away... and she stood there speechless... I think she might have actually had a love/hate relationship with me but... lets say I didn't get an A in Drama for nothing xD
