Mana hurried through the rubble. "Aegina?!" He looked around, taking some time to at least pull on Leonard, to ge tthe man away from the flames.

(fogs gone, garoth is torn to shreds just outside town on the inside, and leonard is bleeding from the hole in his chest, unconcious, and his coats aflame. house burning/collapsing.)

Seeing that outside his bedroom, the whole corridor was on fire, Barick closed the door and looked at the others. "It's no good, I don't think we'll be able to exit this way." Barick looked at the window.
Aegina cut off part of her dress and jumped up at Barick's window and smashed the glass with her sword before landing in the room. She saw Leonard on the floor and lifted him up over her shoulders, forgetting to be gentle since she was more worried about getting them out of there before the house collapsed.
Barick used his giant hammer to tear down a big hole in the wall, big enough for them to fit through. The hole lead outside, but it was still a fair height from their floor to the ground.
Barick leapt down first. He landed feet first, but his body followed, and he fell to the ground with a painful groan. A few cracks were heard as he got up again and looked up at the window.
"Come on guys, just gently leap out of the window. Me and Barick will catch you guys at the bottom." Aegina told them and leapt out of the window. Unlike Barick, she landed nimbly on her feet, almost effortlessly, and then set Leonard on the ground. "Mana, go find some water to douse Leonard." Aegina said and then looked up at the others, holding her arms out and nodding to let them know she was ready.
Barick followed suit, standing not far to the side of Aegina.

"Come on," CHiasa said to Core and pulled him over to the window so they could jump out.

Core lifted Chiasa into his arms. They could glide to safety since his metal wings are still working fine, "Come on everyone!" he said to the others before jumping. He spread his little wings and glided safely to the ground with Chiasa.

Mana nodded, deciding that this was the most important thing at the moment. He grabbed a bucket, making a silent promise to return the bucket after he was done with it. Mana filled it with water before running back. He put out the flames.

leonard was extenquished, but still bleeding, and unconcious. the page in baricks pocket was oozing its aura once again, tantilizing and addictive, to any who could feel it.

Aislin jumped last from the hole in the wall, aiming for Barick's arms. From this height, and considering her weakened legs she would have trouble healing if she broke them again.
