Malaryush Musuu I was moreso asking for an accurate price guide sweatdrop Ah... I couldn't really tell what you meant from the question, but I had a hunch that any way I asked it would be wrong. I haven't bothered to check on any price guides. They all lag behind the reality of what things are selling for, anyway. I wouldn't be terribly surprised if they haven't really caught up with the sudden spike in prices at this point. A glance around the Exchange shows multiple threads selling the slippers, and sellers refusing offers of 65-70k. The lowest pair on the Market was around 95k last I saw.
I heard ninja headbands are going for 600k? /wild rumor, or truth?

Musuu Well, I know the link GEN has is incorrect -- GEN has a better updated website, that I cannot find. EVIL hasn't updated in about a month.
I heard ninja headbands are going for 600k? /wild rumor, or truth?

Even the best of price guides tends to lag behind by a few days while the price recorders watch the patterns of sales. I think I saw the better GEN link once, but I don't remember where it is either. gonk And since Kalec's off doing Kalec-things, his guide's totally out of whack as well. I've heard reports of the Ninja band rising in price by about 30k (up to around 60-70k total, I think?) but that's it. On the other hand, I haven't been watching, so I could easily miss things. The prices on the Marketprice probably represent a) wishful thinking, or b) somebody's attempt to further increase the prices by trying to convince buyers that those are fair prices.

Problem is... I saw about 200K bids about 4 times. neutral It's definitely looking like a KK repeat. sweatdrop People on Gaia tend to be desperate enough for items that they'll pay virtually anything in order to get them. If the people driving up the prices convince the sellers that they can get the inflated prices, sellers will refuse to sell for anything less. And the desperate people will throw any amount the sellers ask for if they can't find the items elsewhere for less. Also: Gaia is erroring on me like...half the time. sweatdrop

I think its a couple of users trading their items amongst themselves in the name of mutually enriching themselves off the artificial inflation this causes.

Streamjumper I think its a couple of users trading their items amongst themselves in the name of mutually enriching themselves off the artificial inflation this causes. And naturally Gaia users won't just sit back and say, "Hey. That's not right. I'll just hold out at my current offer and not pay those silly prices. Because if nobody else is paying the ridiculous prices, sellers will have to settle back down to something more reasonable." No... Gaian users say, "OMFG. I NEEEEEEEEDZORZ!!11" sweatdrop Now I'm getting "cannot find server" errors about 80% of the time. sad Getting a little tired of submitting the same post three times before it goes through. Think I may go find something else to do for a while.
