Hey ho I'm new around these parts. Names Reaper or Elyse or whatever floats you and I'd like to have a question answered, well a few before I start really laying into building my profile with the well made system you guys got around here.

Elyse: Snow could use active people since it's kinda dead. Sand is active enough and has all sorts of jounin and the like.
As for your question, I can only understand about half of it.
The rule has always been that if you want a custom bloodline approved it has to be voted in through a contest. As for original summoning you've found, all main original ones should be up there. If not, ask Shin.
There are such things as trances, that has been proven in a certain custom bloodline. So I think that question with the genjutsu and the like is possible. Again, check with Shin.
