Yuki grinned in anger as they dodged and such. Only an arm for such a powerful shot. As she was nabbed from behind, she of course struggled, and as the other creature approached her, she used the support of the creature behind her to bring her legs up and send a powerful kick at its head.

Kohyoh looked up just in time to see the creature coming for her. Its broke head and silly grin was something to laugh about if it wasn't trying to kill her.
Kohyoh jumped, landing a foot on its torso and and jumping from it, causing the creature to go flying backwards into a tree and Kohyoh to flip backwards and land a few feet back to give space between her and the creature.

Kohyoh smiled as she ran for the creature, thrusting her sharp nails into its chest and flinging it over her head into some tree roots.
"Incinerate the body... they don't seem to be regenerating!"

*As Yuki connected her kick with the creature it went flying and landed on top of Drake. However the other creature still held onto Yuki tightly.*
Nnngh...
*Drake struggled to keep the creature from biting at his face, but he barely had enough strength to keep it at bay.*

Seph burst through a grouping of trees and skid to a halt by the lake. He rose an eyebrow, looking to Drake. "What are these things?"

The noises of some kind of disturbance reach Iri's ears. She turns in the direction of the source. Curiousity is starting to nudge at her mind. If she flies off to check it out, she may get into something of which she doesn't want any part. A good reason to stay where she is or head back to the dojo. Then again, wouldn't it be like shirking her responsibilities to ignore the problem all together?
A wing twitches. Iri fiddles with the hem of her shirt. What to do, what to do...
Finally, she makes up her mind. She'll fly over head and do some observing. Iri will only get involved if asked to do so. And so she flaps her wings, climbs into the air, and soars in the direction of the conflict.

Kohyoh started to run to Drake, to help him. But the creature recovered quickly from the blow and grabbed her ankle. Pulling her down.
She kicked him as hard as she could. The sound of bones cracking and breaking, but still it grabbed on.
