Samuel continued to eat and drink as they fell into silence. He took note of Micha soon finishing his own snacks. Though he appeared to not be in any sort of rush. He would agree that while their public displays of affection were subtle, he enjoyed them all the same. He liked to think with time he would be bold enough to do more than just hold his hand or steal a kiss somewhere private. Though he would not promise that it would be any time soon. For now he was comfortable just being with him again and getting to know his boyfriend all over again. Samuel continued to eat and drink until he was finished some five minutes later. He released Micha's hand to wipe the crumbs from his mouth and hand. He chanced a glance out towards the window again. The rain was pounding down just as heavily as when they entered the shop. The sky had grown slightly darker and he saw a flash of lightening. Not long after he heard a low rumble of thunder. Turning his attention back to Micha, he looked at him as if to ask if he was ready to go.

Sitting there quietly he continued to eat while Micha sipped the last remnants of his coco. He glanced towards the window only to see that the storm had gotten stronger. With a flash of lightening and a roll of thunder he soon finished eating. He turned his attention to Micha, who had also looked outside the window. He watched as the male shifted in his seat, clearly ready to go. Samuel smiled sheepishly as Micha spoke. "Yeah, you're probably right." he replied. Standing up, he stretched his tired limbs. Bending down, he gathered the bags as well as his umbrella and trash. He then walked over to the garbage can to discard the unwanted items. He waited for Micha before pushing through the door and opening umbrella.

Samuel did not think that the weather was likely to clear up any time soon. And like Micha, he didn't see a need for them to stick around. Rising from his chair, he stretched, and gathered his things. He walked through the crowded shop to a nearby trashcan before heading out the door. Outside, the air had grown cooler and the rain was pounding as it hit the pavement. Samuel opened his umbrella as Micha stepped out to join him. Stepping close to the male, he held the umbrella over the both of them while also trying to keep the bags as dry as possible. "Alright, lead the way." he said loud enough that his voice could be heard over all of the noise. As he spoke, thunder rumbled above them once more.

The rain was coming down harder than it had been all day. Samuel saw no reason for them to linger much longer as it likely would do them no good. Stepping outside, he stood close to Micha while holding the umbrella over the both of them. He looked to Micha, telling him to lead the way. He stuck close to Micha as they walked down the street together. When they reached the subway station, Samuel paused for a moment to close the umbrella and shake out the excess water. He then followed down the stairs as they soon reached the row of turnstiles. Standing beside him, he watched Micha pull out his wallet and pay for them both. Samuel pushed through the turnstile and continued to follow Micha until they reached their correct platform. Once there, Samuel stood close to the male as they waited. He couldn't wait to get back. He felt like a drenched rat. Whatever warmth he may have gotten from the coffee felt as though it were already gone.

Making their way down below the streets, Samuel did his best to keep up with the male. The station seemed much more crowded now compared to when they got here this morning. In just a few minutes they reached their desired platform. Samuel stood next to the male as they waited for their train. He had no idea when their train might arrive. But he hoped it would be soon. As he stood there, he glanced down towards Micha. He could see that he was shivering. Shifting the bags and umbrella from one hand to the other, Samuel slipped his arm around the male. "Think you'll be alright until we reach the hotel?" he asked curiously. Samuel was feeling pretty chilled himself. But he felt he was doing a good job of keeping it to himself.

Getting wet was inevitable. But he had been so focused on himself that he had not even noticed how cold Micha was. It felt a little selfish even though i couldn't be helped. When took notice of him shivering, Samuel slipped closer towards him. He wrapped his arm around his shoulders, taking note of the dampness of his clothes. When he questioned him he was genuinely concerned. He watched as Micha smiled and nodded his head before speaking. Samuel smiled as the male leaned into him. "Mm. When we get back you should probably change your clothes." he murmured. Samuel gently rubbed the males arm in a comforting manner.
Together they stood there soaking in each others warmth. Several minutes passed before the next train pulled into the station. As the cars stopped before them, Samuel released the male. Like Micha, he waited for the passengers to get off the train then followed him inside. Inside the car was just as crowded as it was outside. Samuel scanned the area before noticing Micha was walking without him. He tightened his grip on the bags and umbrella and followed him to a seat in the back of the car. Slipping into the seat beside him, Samuel set down the bags between his legs as well as the umbrella. He watched as the rest of the people filed in, heads turning and groaning as there were not enough seats to be found. A few minutes later the doors slid shut and the train pulled out of the station. Samuel settled in for the long ride, knowing it would be awhile until they were back at the correct station. Lifting his arm, he wrapped it around Micha once more.

He didn't mean to ignore the male, but he also knew it must not have bothered him too much since he didn't complain. Once they were on the train, Samuel settled down beside Micha. After so many other filed in after them, the doors were closed, and the train began to move. He draped his arm around the males shoulders and smiled as he leaned against him. It wasn't much, but it was better than sitting here and freezing for the next forty-ish minutes. Samuel didn't really know what he could do about his clothes when they got to the hotel. He didn't exactly have anything to change into other than the three shirts and pack of boxers he bought for himself. He supposed he could have the clothes he was wearing sent it out to be cleaned. But that sounded troublesome. Sighing softly, he relaxed and decided not to worry about it for now. He'd figure something out when they got back. For now, he could day dream of burrowing under warm blankets and snuggling with the man next to him.

As he sat there it was easy to get lost in own thoughts. He thought of being warm and sharing a nice meal with the person he cherished most. Samuel could understand that Micha might worry about him being quiet for so. After all, they both knew how dangerous it could be for him to stay in his thoughts for too long. Samuel relaxed as the male leaned against him. Slowly, he could feel his body heat meshing with his own. It wasn't enough to dry him completely, but for the moment it would do. Hearing the male speak, he glanced down to find him smiling up at him. "Nothing I can repeat in English." he replied smirking. Samuel didn't mind them chatting all the way back. They hadn't said much outside of the weather or clothes all day. A change of topic for the ride home might be good for them.
