Da, we have a Russia ^^ (I really wanted to rp a non-italian so I chose a nation which I have no clue about what the culture is like *w* I'll work it out. Russia's personality is a lot like my favourite oc ^^)

On Latvia everybody uses them and I mean srsly everybody..They are used because there aren't any strong cusses in Latvian XD But still I guess when learning language cuss worlds are one of the first things people learn XD I know only a few japanese cusses ;(
