Malik nodded and they left the apartment. He chatted happily on the way there, and it didn't take too long to get to the mall. Upon arriving before the front doors, he paused. "So... how are we going to do this? I'm not even sure what all you want to buy. Are we going to split up or something? Not a lot of people talk Japanese, though. How many of you know English?"

[Hmm... My Millennium Item wishes to inform you that he would like to tell you a new idea he had: Instead of having Ryou 'fall in love'/'long for' Marik, how about Ryou is treated however Kat had been, but is left home most of the day alone with Kat, and the two get together or something for a little bit. Kat could really like him, and want to stay with him, so even if she's sad when Ryou asks Kira to marry him and all, she tries her best to stay with Ryou, or finds out that she's pregnant or something.]
