Caleb was out back with his Marshtomp, having the water type practice stances and punches. Caleb would glance up at him every now and then, making sure his form was good while looking down at his book. With Team Flare gone and Kalos saved from destruction, he wondered how much he even needed the book now.
"That should be enough for now..." Caleb announced, closing the book as he looked back up to his pokemon. Marshtomp was in the middle of attempting a good kick when Caleb called out. Caught off guard, he stumbled and fell over.
Caleb let out a sigh. "You should keep training in areas that you're good at for now...and then later we can work on other areas." His Marshtomp huffed before getting up. After hosing him down to get him all cleaned off, Caleb walked in through the back door. Marshtomp wasn't far behind after getting dried off a bit.

Dark and Misery were sitting on the couch watching TV. Dark would occasionally glance over at Misery who was staring out the window very melancholy.

Rose rolled into the living room, not all that elegantly, but she seemed to be having a lot of fun play wrestling with her Sylveon and Persian, who seemed to be have double-teamed her, but not trying to cause any harm "Okay, okay, you win. I surrender" Rose laughed out.
Sylveon licked Rose's cheek and then the two Pokemon let her get up and fix her clothes, which had gotten a bit out of alignment while she was wrestling. With her clothes fixed, Rose knelt and hugged both Persian and Sylveon.

Suddenly the TV changed to the news report. A young woman was standing in front of the camera, a microphone in her hand. Behind her was was the harbour of Coumarine City with an absolutely massive ship docked in it. A lot of people seemed to be running around. Whether they were running to or from the ship, Maddy couldn't tell. She jumped to her feet suddenly.
"I WANT THAT SHIP! LET'S GO!"
She pulled on her eye patch and grabbed her jacket.
"I NEED IT!"

Rose looked at Maddy, a bit perplexed, but then decided to trust her "Looks like we're going to Coumarine City then" she headed over to the others with her two pokemon following her

"....." Dark is a bit surprised as Maddy begins freaking out over the ship. "Uhh well, let's go then?" He sighs and stands up. "You coming, Misery?"
She sighs and turns to look at him before calmly getting to her feet.
("Anything for Maddy I guess.)" She bemoans telepathically.

Maddy left the house and was basically power-walking towards Coumarine. As she walked through the streets of Lumiose City, people either jumped out of her way or were shoved.
"I need that ship in my life! We are stealing it. I don't even care!" She exclaimed as they left Lumiose City behind them.
She clearly didn't think to teleport to their destination.

Caleb jumped whenever he heard Maddy's shouting. A ship? Caleb sighed. Marshtomp looked super excited about it. He rushed after Maddy as Caleb hurriedly changed. Caleb stumbled out the house and after them as he put his backpack on.

"Boss, what's so special about that particular ship?" Rose asked with concern about the whole stealing thing, since they had a reputation as good guys here in Kalos and stealing didn't seem that good, unless the boat belonged to someone evil.

Memo and Cereza made their way to Maddy's side and motioned with a peace sign and a powerful walk.
"Finally! Some fun!"
"Chiiika!"

Maddy shrugged as she trotted along. "I'm not sure if there's anything special about it, but doesn't a ship seem like something we should want?"
Coumarine City was getting closer and closer. She could smell the salty, ocean air filling her lungs already.
"I don't have the time or resources to build a ship, so we'll just have to take one by force."
She was sure that whoever owned the ship wouldn't mind.

"Uhmm but you do have the time and resources to build your own ship." Dark chuckles. Misery then turns to her trainer and they make eye contact.
("..... Well I'll help my leader do whatever she wants. I trust her judgement.")

Rose was a bit conflicted about this whole situation, but she continued following Maddy to wait and see how things would play out. She hoped that their hard-earned good reputation wasn't going to be thrown away on a whim.
