Anna, how would you even know Tadashi's name let alone his power? in fact, your just responding to my posts whereas a character like Yuki wouldn't even know about him.
Besides, his feeling of insecurity is justified, wouldn't you say?
Plus, he beat Eriko. Just adding that in. And yes Naomi, we said it was a draw, but that's because he didn't want to end up killing you.

Well, first of all, she's a former Captain and was a Captain when Tadashi joined the Gotei. If that's not enough for you, I have more. She has the ability to read the body of others, and as all captains do, the ability to effortlessly gauge a person's Reiryoku by just feeling them out. Still not good enough? Okay. Her brother is Hei. As he desires to know everything, it's completely ridiculous to not assume he already knows who Tadashi is and what he's capable of, or at least a rough estimate at best. There's no reason that Hei wouldn't have hacked Hibiki's computer and read his files and no reason he would not share such a thing with his closest friend and sister. Need more? She was there when Tadashi's name was said at least three times by Hibiki and at least once by Hei himself, which is something you never complained about, so I don't know where this hostility is coming from...
In the end, none of that matters because the nature of her statement was such that she was comparing her power to being lower than a third seat, not necessarily Tadashi himself. Don't read so much into something that is really no big deal.
Whose insecurity are we talking about here?
