He was tired. All of the work earlier had killed his energy. He was still hungry though. The grayish brown tom bent down, picking up a toad. He sighed emotionlessly, bending down to take a bite when he stopped himself. His eyes wandered the clearing, stopping on an orange tabby yowling out on top of a rock. His eyes narrowed slightly.] "Idiot, don't attract attention to yourself," [he growled tiredly. He bit down on to his toad, tearing away at the morsel. It wasn't half bad, but he had definitely tasted better. He sighed, taking another bite.]____________________________________________________________________________________________Don't screw with me.....you won't like the result.

I sniffed while heading towards the fresh-kill pile, I began disputing the prey onto the little pile of prey that would soon be decent meals for my clan. I couldn't help but sit down, my eyes on my paws as I pondered the strange events in my life....or should I say paranormal.] I think I've been seeing things....maybe to much mice.....but I think there's a cat...following me...but when I try to have the image sink in....it disappears! Nrmmmm....I wish I knew who it was....it's so...unnatural. Yes, that's the word.... [Mudnose blinked, her eyes finally finding some focus. She smiled slightly. He had said it too. She giggled slightly. Now, if only it was not a dream. She sighed. If only...
The pretty siamese shook her head a few times as she began the world to pick up pace once more. It was spinning again. She bit the inside of her cheek. She grumbled dizzily.] "Ugh, I don't think this is normal," [she mumbled almost incoherently. She shut her eyes once more and stood up. She sighed. She admired that snake though. To be able to disorient its prey....or predator like that. Very wonderful skill. She smiled, looking up at Foxfur for a moment.] "I suppose it's time to go back to camp now. Now, all he had to do was to find Bramblefire, and to make sure he wasn't in any kind of trouble...
...Until he heard his brother yowling in camp. Eaglesoar didn't even need to bother looking for his brother, his ginger pelt was easily visible on top of a rock as he yowled out some kind of stupid chant at the top of his voice. Right, that was the last straw. Any promise he made with Sunpaw was quickly forgotten as he dashed to Bramblefire's rock, growling as he shoved nearby cats aside in his madlong dash.]
"BRAMBLEFIRE! GET DOWN FROM THIS ROCK THIS INSTANT DO YOU HEAR ME? DON'T MAKE ME DRAG YOU DOWN!"
[The muscular and scarred warrior roared loud enough for the whole forest to hear as he glared furiously at his self obsessed brother, the fur on his back bristling. He wasn't trying to be mean, but that Bramblefire was...he was just such an obnoxious mousebrain!] ▂▂▂ ▂▂ ▂ ▂▂ ▂▂▂ ▂▂ ▂ ▂▂ ▂▂▂ ▂▂ ▂ ▂▂ ▂▂▂x x x

He snarled a warning, but stopped, his ears twitching for a moment. Ws Eaglesoar...scolding Bramblefire? He snorted with laughter, shaking his head for a moment.] "Uh-oh! Bramblekit's mommy's come to scold him for being a nuisance!" [he laughed almost sarcastically, grinning slightly.]

BRAMBLEFIRE Starclan, forever my enemy... "Well, you woke up on the wrong side of the den today. Well, excuse me for being myself! I think I have a right to go on top of a rock and sing a song a made for myself. I'm pretty sure everyone here loved it!"[Bramblefire looked around, noticing Rabbitpaw laughing, and everyone sleeping or eat.]"See? Rabbitpaw thinks it's funn'-"[He stopped when her heard the apprentices comment about him being a kit. Out of anger, he stomped up to the medicine cat apprentice and growled.]"Shut up, it took a whole lot of courage to do that and you call me a kit!? Well, let's see you do something that takes up a whole lot of courage for you."[The tom gestured for Rabbitpaw to do something, but he knew he wouldn't. Bramblefire quickly ran back up onto the rock, grinning at his brother.]"Actually, I would like to be dragged down. It seems like fun! Just don't injure my pelt, kay?" But the dark forest, forever be my friend...

He snorted. Spitting out retorts to such an imbecile would be so kit-like. His ears twitched. Even his own comment before had bothered him. He cursed at himself inwardly. How stupid of me to even comment about it! he thought. His pelt burned in shame for a moment, and he sighed.] "I won't fight more with you, you aren't worth the effort," [he growled. He snatched up his toad, picked up a lizard, and padded back to the medicine cat den.
He bowed his head slightly to Hauntedheart, and set the lizard near her.] "I brought you a lizard if you're hungry," [he meowed, smiling a little.He quickly finished his toad and looked around the den.] "Is there anyone you want me to treat?" [he asked. He sighed, shifting his weight to his good paw. Beneath this tough exterior,

to be loved. |Foxfur| NightClan+Deputy+Tom+Mentor+In Love+Tough&Independant You are my love, ____________________________________________________________________________________________ [As her words reached my ears, or..what was left of them, rather, my heart sank. She was clearly confused. Frowning, amber eyes downcast, I stood up and lightly brushed my tail against her, wanting to spend another quiet moment with her, but I knew she needed Hauntedheart's attention. Shrugging to myself, I took a few steps, then looked back at her, half-smiling. Maybe she'd remember my words when she got back to normal. That was a nice, reasurring thought] "Mudnose, just so you know, I mean it. I really do." [Turning back around, I started padding towards camp, loving my quiet surroundings. It was the middle of the night, but I didn't care. Most NightClan cats felt more comfortable at night, anyways. We blended in and could sneak up on things more easily. Plus, the stars were out, and they looked particularily beautiful tonight. Pausing for a few moments, I looked up at the sky, eyes wide with wonder. There was nothing like a night like this one. Looking back at Mudnose, I gestured with my tail, calling out to her softly] "C'mon slowpoke, we ain't got all day" _____________________________________________________________________________________________ You are my life. [Mudnose blinked for a moment before she smiled. She didn't hear what Foxfur had said, but, his half-smile made her smile too. She nodded slightly, padding after the tom. She sighed. A cool breeze ruffled her fur for a moment. She smiled slightly, picking up the pace as Foxfur called out to her once more. She snorted. She hadn't realized that she was going slower. The pretty she-cat shook her head. It was that one part of a dream again, where the cat you're following, you're unable to catch up to. She bit her lip in frustration. The tangy, metallic taste of blood leaked into her mouth. She shut her eyes for a moment, rasping her tongue across her muzzle in distaste. Eww, eww, eww, eww! she thought, shaking her head vigorously. She hated the taste of blood.
After a minute, she padded quickly after Foxfur again. Her eyes looked ahead of the tom for a moment. She sighed in relief. She could see the camp entrance. She purred, padding quickly until she was next to Foxfur. She sighed shakily. Her vision was dimming. She shook her head defiantly. She didn't want to wake up now! Her ears flattened. She wanted to stay asleep...just a little longer! Her vision didn't listen though. It got progressively dimmer. No....no! She cried in her head. She swayed a little before her legs gave way. She felt like she was falling. Like she had been perched on top a tree, but she was pushed, and was continuously falling. It was almost blissful. She smiled. If only all dreams ended like this.]
