Speed wants it so that the summons can decide who they want for a summoner. So whoever they favor more would be able to summon them, and control them.
Was that right?

Oath: No the original summoner stays the original summoner its justb like lets say im the o. summoner and i teach you and then you betrau me and we battle if i posted getting the summons trust and layolty however you did it aswel and did it more than me then the summon would obey you if we fought even if i summoned it.

speedyextr Idea: Guys what do you think about this, After you get a summoning you have to post getting the respect of the summoning so they obey you. However even though they respect u doesn't mean they like u so after that you can post more doig thins with thems o they trust/like you (optional)
So even if you're the original summoner that doesn't mean if you fight someone with the sae summoning that the summon will listen to you it will listen to whoever it trust/likes more. So the main perk u get is choosing who u teach it too. But u have to be carefu because if you teach it to someoe and they betray u and they posted more aking the summoning like them more the summoning will obey them even if u summone it.
I got this idea because i realized that manda hates orochimaru and he'd betray him in battle for a different summoner that has the same summon if he liked him more.
Like Gamabunta i think when work for naruto before he worked for jiraiya since naruto saved gamakichi. No Speed this idea was brought up in HV its not happening here.

Idea:

say I was the sage, but my student helped the summons more, and then I got into a fight with them, I hadn't gained enough trust or loyalty for the summon to help me where as my student has, he can then take advantage of me summoning it but not being able to use the summon.
there we go I reworded it abit, so it made more sense I think, is it okay?
