Talk to Nicolae in town. You can trade 50 for a ring, or get orbs for them on a 1:1 ratio.

And I guess null fragments don't drop anymore? And does Nico buy soul bound rings as well? I stupidly unlocked a mystery ring thinking it wouldn't be bound.

No, null fragments were removed from the game ages ago. The only purpose the remaining ones serve are to turn in to Nicolae.
And it's impossible to sell soulbound rings to anyone. They changed the game recently so that you can't even sell them back to the shops. The only option is to salvage.
