I remember once upon a time something in a myspace survey... something about your grandfather and the Memphis Belle?
omg. there is a picture. my grandmother's. with three other guys, i don't know who they are (i think one is the mayor of memphis) from way back when in the good ol' days. with the memphis belle.
I need to scan it and show you. o:

I'm off to the annual epic new years bash. Last year they had a jello wrestling pool. This year we've got Ice Slides for shots. It should be most wonderous.

My grandfather was a ball turret gunner on the Memphis Belle - I would totally love to see the picture 3nodding I hope everyone had a happy new year -I sulked and got wasteface. Bean called at midnight which was nice. I told off this loser guy who came up behind me while i was dancing (with a major boner...) and he kept trying to grab my crotch and bewbs. First time in 4 years I wasn't kissed on New Years. Ah well, maybe next year.

I worked downtown at the Library for First Night. It was cool, we had a monkey performer, saw giant puppets, met someone dressed as Capt. Jack Sparrow (lame... but his girlfriend was awesome to talk to surprised ), and saw a rabbi juggle and do crazzzzzeh stuff. After that I just went to my godmothers and just crashed... I didn't realize how tired I was. My little cousins were slapping my face to keep me awake so I could see the lame ball drop. No d**k Clark this year. gonk
So yeah, anyway, HAPPY 07 PYP! biggrin

Youki; oh, I did, too. Much wine to be had, and my mother bought me my own personal bottle of Bailey's (te amo, mi madre), so I also had quite a few mudslides and B-52's. ...and after the rents crashed, I had at the vodka.
Lawls, I was so far gone when my dad found me reading at two in the morning. How I managed to read (especially the florid details of Gone With the Wind) while intoxicated is beyond me.
And my mom and I polished off a bottle of champagne this morning... XDDD Mimosas for all. (or just us.)
I'm going back to Knoxville to finish out the year, not transferring. So the second I get back, I'm working off all of this booze.
and the SEC has utterly failed me in college football. but the rose bowl is on! <33 (go michigan, btw.)
