Hehe, they sure were. razz If I'm not mistaken, the guitarist, Dave Gilmour, backmasks a TERRIBLE Scottish accent in the song at some point, or so I've heard. It's basically just a lot of tape loops and stuff like that, so it's not really a song, but it's just so weird! xd You can hear it here. razz

Yay, the Guess Who! domokun American Woman came on the radio the other day while I was in the car. Gotta love that thing. razz Still haven't heard much of their other stuff, though. neutral
Yup, it's a song BY Pink Floyd, you just probably haven't heard it before. It's off their Ummagumma CD, which isn't as big as like The Wall, Dark Side of the Moon, and Wish You Were Here, but it's still pretty good. razz

Yup, Wish You Were Here is pretty hard to top. razz If you ask me... it's one of their most "focused" songs. It's like the least interrupted by sound effects and such, and it makes sure all the notes make sense and such. 3nodding I like Have A Cigar, too. Pigs is pretty good. But alas, all I have is Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here. I wanna hear that album that was between The Wall and Wish You Were Here again... whatever its name was.

I wonder if they mean a guitar pick. I've always said 'pick' but I'm known to be wrong alot with same-sounding words. neutral

The only results I got searching a few places for "pict" was something about a group of non-Celtic people, and an abbreviation of pictorial. I have absolutely no clue... maybe it's some English slang that I'm not familiar with. If I'm not mistaken, Pink Floyd actually made a video for the song, but YouTube's removed it. stare It's possible that they're just using a homonym for the sake of confusing people. I still like the thing for no discernable reason. razz
