The way she kept tripping over everything reminded me of how a kit would look, taking her first steps. Adorable. Laughing, I padded to her side, tail waving] "Silly Mudnose. You're going the wrong way. Let me help," [To emphasize my demand, I sat plopped myself down in front of Mudnose, effiectively blocking her path. Grinning, I looked down at her. She had nowhere to go, and I certainly wasn't going to let her leave and stumble through the forest some more. [Mudnose coughed slightly, gripping tighter on to her snake. She shook her head quickly, shutting her eyes. When she opened them, Foxfur was in front of her. She jumped slightly, but she blinked in confusion. Wrong way...? She snickered in disbelief. "Foxfur, you know me better than that. I should know where my own cam..." she trailed off, her eyes locking on something in front of her. She had been heading toward Dead Cats' Hollow. She laughed nervously. "Hmm.....I suppose you're right," she meowed, looking up at Foxfur. She laughed slightly. "Well then, I suppose we should go the other way now," She meowed, turning around clumsily. She squinted hard, trying not to focus on the double-vision she was experiencing. She stepped a wobbily step foward, but stopped herself, sighing. She wasn't exactly fit to lead. She coughed slightly, looking back at Foxfur....well, two Foxfurs, really. [She said through her gritted teeth.] "If you don't do this, then I'll be telling everyone what happened with you and that little stream over there." If anything, Mudnose was determined. And if I hadn't of shown up, she probably would've continued her attempt to get back to camp and ended up in Dead Cats' Hollow. As she stumbled around, I stood up, shaking my dark pelt out, enjoying the warm Newleaf sun. It really was shaping up to be a nice day. As I peered closer at Mudnose, her beautiful eyes seemed to be out of focus. Swishing my bushy tail under her nose, I padded closer] "Alright, I'll lead the way. Try and stay by me, okay?" [Turning away, I started heading towards camp, checking over my shoulder every few moments, not wanting to lose sight of her. I couldn't help but laugh a little. She looked so confused. How cute. Shaking my head, I ducked under a branch, pushing through a bush, then paused, waiting for her siamese head to poke through the bushes, hoping she hadn't tripped up or something. I felt like I was looking after a kit, but it was okay, because I loved her] _____________________________________________________________________________________________ You are my life. The vole that he had caught was in fact quite small, but being the horrible hunter that he is, it was an accomplishment nonetheless.]

[Mudnose blinked a few times, and started after him. She smiled slightly. This felt fun, oddly enough. Everything was spinning.....it was like a dream. She smiled. A dream? Wouldn't that be nice? She thought for a moment. Was it a dream? She giggled slightly, but paused. He was gone? She sighed. She hated when dreams did this.
Shaking her head, she started after him once more. She picked up the pace dizzily, scrambling through a bush. She froze, her eyes locking on a dark ginger colored pelt. She laughed slightly. She had found him! How odd, for she never really usually found cats in dreams after they disappeared. She sighed in relief, laughing a little. "Heh, you were gone, but I found you! I was just thinking for a moment," she meowed, her eyes looking up at the deputy. She smiled slightly, sitting down. Her tail curled around him for a moment before she spoke. "You know, I think I love you," she sighed happily. She smirked at her own comment. What was she talking about? She found me? I never went anywhere. Silly cat. I stuck my tongue out at her, ready to poke some fun at the she-warrior when she said her next sentence. Blinking in shock, I stared at her, amber eyes wide, mouth dropped. What? What was that?
She loved me?
Well, go on! Don't just stand there like an idiot! Say something! Closing my mouth, I swallowed, then grinned, wrapping my tail around her too] "You know, I think I love you too," [Mudnose was probably half-consious, and totally not aware of what she was saying, but what the heck? I had nothing to lose. As I said those words, I knew in my heart that it was true. There was no other cat on this earth that could ever make me feel the way Mudnose did. We complimented each other's strengths and weaknesses. Suddenly, I wanted the whole world to know how I felt. I didn't care, I wanted to yowl it, so loud even StarClan could hear me. Speaking of StarClan, I knew my father would be proud of the choice I made. Willowheart would approve, too. She liked Mudnose. The thought of Willowheart brought other, bad, thoughts to my head. I still hadn't completely gotten over her whole 'Lightningstrike' thing. Why couldn't she' just stick to the Code like I did? Love was something you shouldn't have to hide, and that was exactly what she was doing] _____________________________________________________________________________________________ You are my life. [I blinked, narrowing my eyes. Shadowpaw was a funny little tom-cat. I could tell he was only half-interested in my story; but at the mention that the foxes came here, I gasped, forgetting my suspicion as my hair stood on end.]
"Oh dear, oh dear, I wish I had time to train you," I fussed, giving his wounds a quick lick. "I'm so sorry. And proud of you, for being so brave!"
[I sniffed him over, then leaned back, giving him a pointed look.]
"Remember that I'm your mentor," I mewed softly and suddenly, concern flickering in my eyes, "and that you can tell me anything."
Then, continuing as if nothing happened, I added, "Let's get some rest then. We don't want to get hurt from straining ourselves!"
[I flicked my tail over his flank, nodding to him. Sleep was exactly what I needed. I licked him on the ear as a farewell and padded off to Hauntedheart. After she treated me, I retired to the warrior's den, slumping into my nest and letting out an exhausted sigh before wrapping my paws over my eyes, instantly stumbling into a deep slumber.]
(( YEAH K since I kinda was grounded on Sunday, the chapter's going to end sometime soon, so uh. It's just best to wrap up our storylines. >< ))═══════════════════════ ...my belly is on fire

She nodded and flicked her tail in departure, heading back over to where her prey was stashed. She began to dig out the creatures, picking each one up by the neck. She, soon, had all three in her mouth. Sunpaw began to head back towards camp. Soon, she arrived and set her fresh-kill down on the pile. She picked up a medium sized vole and brought it over to a shady spot by the apprentice den.] "Dig in.." [She said to herself. Enjoying her meal in silence.] "I don't think I'll be able to finish this.." [She told herself. Maybe she could ask Rainpaw to join her?] ____________________________ Cause when the sky's the darkest
