Seph sighed slouching back down in her seat. "How I hate that guy. You can't just surrender over to someone as evil as Alex. But still he has given us half a day to prepare so that means we can go fetch our weapons from the airship" she pointed out playing with her food suddenly losing her appetite.
Hebal nodded at Seph folding her arms ""Either Neliel has said something to Alex or he thinks we came here for some super immortality potion. Though it would be good to go back to the airship for a little while since me and Mari need our weapons, it would probably be for the best for chobi if she was back in her stable and Itaka's armor would need fixing" she stated stealing a strawberry from Mari's plate
Alpha laughed patting Zadina's shoulder "No need to launch fireworks and not until you recover properly" he tutted turning to Hayate who was almost about to dash past them. "Why the sudden hurry? Has something just happened in the past minute?" he asked putting his hand in front of the red mage to make him stop.

Felina relaxed a little hugging Oassu back "At least he's gone for now though no doubt he will be back to cause a stir before the day is over" she muttered looking up at her father "If it makes you feel any better I think you made the right choice" she told him.
Elorin nodded sitting back down in his chair but remained alert "Don't worry. If I were to surrender it would ultimately lead to my people being ordered to help the forces of evil expand their empire. That is something I will not allow" he answered suddenly raising to his feet. "Sorry I know this may seem like bad manners but I think it's better I leave you and prepare for the upcoming battle. May good fortune be with you." He bowed to the group before disappearing into thin air like his wife had just before.
Satoshi shrugged taking out her katana and offering it to Mari to use while she didn't have her sword "I don't think theres a huge reason to return to the airship. We can always borrow weapons and stuff since the attack won't take place until later" she stated waving to the king as he left.
Hayate sighed coming to a hault to talk to Alpha and Zadina "You didn't miss much but it was probably for the best you slipped Zadina out before Narasaela could pay much attention to him. To put it simply Alex along with the Agralian forces is about to launch an attack on the city. The king wishes for me to tell everyone to prepare for battle oh and you can go back now" he added waving to them before dashing off again.

Itaka nodded glaring after Narasaela "Ah well, might as well stay and fight." he said getting up "This place was getting dull anyway and unicorn hunting doesn't sound much sport" he said poking Seph "Cheer up we'll finally get to beat the crap outta Alex's forces." he said.
Oassu nodded "Don't worry we might only be fighting Narasaela and we've beaten him before still it gives me chills knowing he's back..." he paused "You reckon he actually died when that castle collapsed?" he asked Felina.
Mari held Satoshi's sword a while before sighing "I suppose so but this isn't right" she said handing the sword back to Satoshi "The blade has no soul to it no connection plus if we return to the airship we can ditch our stuff there where its safe" she said removing a panicky Ivy from her hair where she had been furiously braiding it. She stroked the pixie and Ivy calmed down hugging her finger tightly Mari sighed "Think Ivy got a little scared anyway".
Zadina scratched his head "Why would Narasaela show an interest in me?" he asked Alpha

Seph groaned poking Itaka back. "Sorry, he just totally killed my good mood but I guess it would be good to give Alex a kick in the pants" she apologised pushing her plate away to give him a hug "So are you wanting to stop by the airship or not?" she asked wanting the group to make a decision.
Hebal nodded "It would be nice to get my stuff but I'll borrow some stuff if nobody else wants to go there" she answered giving Ivy one of the daisy chains despite it being too big for her to put on. "It's ok now little one. The nasty man has gone for a while" she chirped to the sprite to try and calm her down.
Alpha sighed shaking his head at Zadina while watching Hayate head off. "Don't worry about it. It's just Narasaela had a long hisory with Kurgan but lets go back and see the others" he told him heading back to the dining room. "Is everyone ok?" he asked glancing around at the group.

Felina hesitated patting Oassu on the shoulder "I don't know. I refuse to believe anyone could survive soething like that. On the other hand Dad never found the body so I guess he could have escaped" she frowned the shrugged at Seph. "I don't mind where we go" she told her.
Satoshi scratched her head producing a single white rose for Ivy to sit in "I don't care what we do so long as we leave the king alone so that he can get all the troops ready. We can visit the airship but I want to be back for the battle" she answered takind the sword back from Mari. "My katana has pleanty soul. You just can't feel it because it diesn't belong to you" she sulked.

Itaka shrugged "We'll be going to get Barbaros anyway why not" he shrugged hugging Seph. "We've got half a day there shouldn't be that much of a rush its not like the ship is far."
Oassu smiled "Don't worry about it for now" he said hugging Felina "We've still got half a day besides if we save the kingdom maybe your dad will trust us more" he chirped.
Mari giggled "Sorry Satoshi that must be it and thanks for the flower" she chirped holding it out to Ivy who was hugging Hebal's finger before she dived into the center of the flower peeking out occasionally. Mari put the rose in her hair "Now I think we should head to the ship" she said "After all we're going out anyway and it's got the weapons we fight best with there" she concluded picking up Sophia and brushing her down with a napkin before placing her on her shoulder.
Zadina shrugged heading back after Alpha "Hi everyone what's going on why is everyone so mean looking?" he asked quietly a little worried.

Seph sighed getting up and going over to Zadina to give him a pat on the shoulder "People are a little tense becuase in less than 24 hours a battle is going to take place here. The man you saw come in the room asked for us to surrender or face an attack." she explained to him making her way to the door and picking up the bags of food Hayate had left.
Hebal formed the biggest smile she could in front of Zadina "Don't worry, we can beat the bad guys in no time. We're going to have the legendary Gilgamesh on our side. But for now we need to pick up out weapons and drop things off at the airship." she reassured him giving him a small hug.
Alpha scratched his head quickly grabbing a slice of toast while he waited for the others to get moving "You might want to leave Sophia and Ivy on the airship. Ivy in particular because I don't think she would be too happy having to watch the fighting" he advised.

Felina hesitated hugging Oassu back. "I guess that could work but I would rather not have the kingdom attacked to do the saving" she answered getting up and scooping Cid up from the table who has been happily nibbling away at the rest of Seph's bread. "Sorry little guy but I think it's best you sit the next battle out and look after Sophia and co." she told him rubbing his ears.
Satoshi nodded in agreement almost going to also hug Zadina but suddenly remembered what Felina had told them earlier. "Yeah we'll be ok and stuff Zadina. We're off to the airship now anyway since Mari hurt Tsuyoshi's feelings by saying he had no soul" she stated patting her katana and sticking her tongue out at Mari.

Zadina happily hugged Hebal "Thats right!" he cheered "Gilgamesh will save us" he chirped patting his book bag "And I'll help too!" he said.
Oassu nodded stroking Cid "We'll leave you in charge of the other two, make sure Ivy doesn't comet the airship while we're out" he chuckled before walking towards the door "Lets go get the others then." he said indicating that the others should get moving.
Itaka patted Seph on the shoulder before shoveling some of the remaining unwanted food into his mouth before swallowing "Good to fight on a full stomach" he sighed patting his tummy "And if we do good enough they might not even make it as far as the city, though I haven't had much army experience generally if you fight well enough you can hold your ground" he said positively.
Mari rolled her eyes at Satoshi "It would be a shame if Ivy had to watch the battling" she leaned in towards Alpha "Especially if her flower patch with her friends gets damaged" she whispered "So we'll leave her on the airship with the others" she said picking up Itaka's bag and passing it to him indicating he should hurry up.

Seph hesitated scratching her head "If they are waiting for us at the edge of the forest for now it could be good. If they keep the battle out the city and in the forest they could totally find someway to use their territory to their advantage" she added trying to make things sound a little better.
Hebal tutted and wagged her finger at Zadina "Now now if you're going to battle make sure to stay close to your cousin who will be able to help you of your injuries make things difficult" she told him skipping down the hallway. "Come on everyone don't be so glum, it means Alex will know he's scaring you if you continue looking miserable" she sang pulling Seph and Felina along with her.
Alpha chuckled following Hebal to the palace exit into the gardens "She has a point like so let's just get the dress, get chobi get the others and go about our planned business" he told the others finishing off his piece of toasts and nodded to the guards on his way past.

"The flower patch will be fine but you best stay away from there. If it's anything like our past battles we'll remove the honey to agitate the bees into attacking the enemy or we will have filled the area with a huge amount of pollen which can have bad effects on none evlish people." Felina explained. She let out a gasp then instinctively grabbed Oassu's arm with her other hand while Hebal pulled her along. Cid meanwhile settled down happily on her head. "Hehe Yeah let's not let everyone think we're nervous" she chirped waving to one of the guards as she got dragged down the garden path.
Satoshi smiled putting Tsuyoshi away and patting Ivy on the head before teleporting herself and Mari into the gardens to catch up with the others. "You don't think you know your own strength Hebal. Anyway let's pick up Seph's new dress and give her something less revealing to wear" she laughed waving to the guards then stroking the viera's ears

Oassu raised an eyebrow at this "I always thought bees were only hostile if you bothered them" he shrugged "Still lets go get Seph's dress" he snickered "In case the shop gets destroyed and you lose your money" he teased Itaka shortly before Felina yanked on his arm and pulled him away.
Itaka shrugged "The guy didn't ask me to pay in advance....he really should've not that the Algarian forces will reach us but still I could totally not show up and he's wasted his time and material on a dress that won't be bought. Itaka laughed "I wonder what brilliant thing he made for you" he told Seph as Hebal dragged her past.
Mari smiled and bowed at the guards "Wonder if they know yet" she giggled stroking Hebal's other ear "Well she is a dragoon kinda, as well as a blue mage she's a trained warrior for someone so cuddly" she said hugging Hebal "She's super strong understandably" he chirped.
Zadina sighed "Awww well I suppose it's gonna be kinda hard casting my bigger spells with only one arm anyway" he muttered hoping he wouldn't be a problem.

Seph shrugged somewhat surprised by Hebal's strength "Who knows what he made for me. All I know is it's going to be black and something that I can move around in" she answered squirming out of the viera's grip. To rejoin Itaka "If we dont show up after a certain amount of time they could probably just put it up for sale but no money no dress" she pointed out looking down at the grass.
Alpha smiled patting Zadina on the shoulder "It's not that your going to be a problem your're just going to be vulnerable for a while so it would do you some good to be with a white mage just to be on the safe side" he reassured him cheerfully making his way down the path to the exit.
Hebal giggled letting go of Felina "Sorry guys I didn't mean to hurt you or anything" she apologised smiling to the guards at the palace gates who had far more serious looks on their faces "I used to be a dragoon then became a blue mage but I never forgot skills like using the spear and jumping really high" she boasted jumping over the wall to demonstrate her point.

Felina smiled as Hebal let go of her "It's ok, you're strong but you weren't hurting-" she trailed off as the viera jumped over the wall. She then whispered something in elvish to one of the slightly startled guards then let go of Oassu "Trust me bees get very hostile when you take away things like honey and pollen or even if you poke their hive."
Satoshi snickered nodding at the guards Silly Hebal, thats only going to make them more paranoid that somebody else is going to get in and out easily she thought looking up at the tree tops. "She's a tough viera provided theres not huge amounts of nethicite around. Also I think these guards have more of an idea about recent events."

Mari whistled and clapped as Hebal leapt the wall "Great Jump Hebal you must be great at the high jump" she giggled giving her a light hug while patting one of the guards on the shoulder "Lighten up a little you have to smile so the people don't get suspicious besides you'll have a great hero fighting with you" she reassured him.
Itaka laughed patting Seph on the shoulder "It's made specially for your size and shape including this" he said patting her wing "I don't think they'll be able to sell it anytime soon to another customer" he said "Cause your special" with a wink.
Oassu giggled "Well its silly to poke a bee's hive" he said "Something you did in your more adventurous days?" he asked.
Zadina sighed "Ok It would give Corella some good battle experience anyway and I can cast teleport to retreat if things look bad" he chirped.
