The shadow tried to dodge Alice's and Leon's souls attacks but it was hit. The man slashed at Leon as he slashed at the man. They clashed swords. Leon could feel the darkness in the sword draining his soul sword. He kept pushing soul energy into it trying to beat the darkness.

layla looked up trying to remember.
"Ummm evan and nathan....i didn't do anything i swear." she said
nick pushed mara back into their room and closed the door he went into nathans room and walked right up to him punching him in the face.
Nathan falls off of the bed and onto the floor blood pouring from his nose.
"What the hell?!" he said then saw who it was.
"mr nick?"
"Had to ******** her didn't you? dont care she is fourteen....no had to have her.stay away from her...if there is a child I will see you again.." he turned and walked out.
Nathan got up and went into the bathroom letting the blood drip into the bowl of the sink.

alice began sword fighting the shadow. she then notice leon getting weaker. she turned to look at leon not looking at the man's shadow.

Mara looked at her father. She then walked into her room and saw her mother in there with Layla. "Can we be alone?" She said, sad.
Hollis nodded at her daughter and walked out. She looked at Nick, "What did you do?" She said, a flat tone.

"had a talk with mara over condoms and how useless they are, than had a talk with nathan, who apparently was the boy." nick went to hollis and held onto her.

Mara shut the door and looked at Layla, "Cover for me, sis." She said, pulling on sweat pants and and a tanktop. She opened the window and climbed out. She flew over to Nathan's window and knocked quietly.
Hollis pulled away. "A talk? Don't be so hard on them, we were only nine-teen nick. Calmed down. I trust her." She said, sighing.

Nick sighed.
" Honey mara is fourteen.....she just started having periods...." he was concerned he went into the room to see layla only.
" Where is mara?" He asked seriously getting mad.
" She left something out at the lake and went to get it." layla lied.
Nathan went to the window and opened it to see mara he pulled her in and held her tightly to him blood still trickling down his face.
" I am so sorry...I am so sorry for all of this..."

The shadow took at Alice. Leon saw the movement and moved quickly and pushed Alice out of the way getting cut along the chest. Leon cried out in pain. The mysterious man laughed with his head back.

Mara looked at him and sighed, hugging him. "Don't be sorry. I'm happy we did it." She said, kissing his cheek. She then let go and grabbed a towel, covering it with water. "Did my dad do this?" She asked, wiping his nose gently.
Hollis followed Nick and sighed, knowing exactly where she was.

nick went to nathan's door
"open up nathan i know she is there."
Nathan jerked up and held her tightly.
" We have to hide you."
Alice fell to her side panting.
" LEon!" she cried trying to get up to get to him.

Hollis rushed to Nick's side. "CALM DOWN." She said sternly.
Mara picked up his cologne and sprayed him. "I'll be back." She whispered. She then quietly crawled out of the window and shut it silently. She then put her back to the roof, appearing flat and unnoticeable .

Nick glared at hollis.
"I'm not ******** yelling!" he aid to her then went back to the door.
"Nathan let us in."

Leon's soul slashed through the shadow. It disappeared. Leon's soul went to his body. It looked at the man laughing phsycotically. He had gone mad with power. He lifted the sword up onto his shoulder. He chuckled.
