Malaryush Peppermint Elf I don't get out of AG much. I've been too stressed out to deal with people who aren't you guys. So unless one of you guys had a bat p***s... I wouldn't know it existed. xd I wish I had a bat p***s. sad Aren't bad penises kinda small? One would figure a flying rodent wouldn't be able to manage that kinda drag.

Streamjumper Zelyhon *Random Naruto thought* Hmmm...When Gai first showed up, he was standing on a turtle for his grand entrance, right? Well, looking at it, it's pretty clear now that it was his summon, implyng that Gai can summon turtles. Now, Gai's a ninja, as is Kakashi, and as are Kakashi's summon dogs. So does that mean that Gai's ultimate summon is the Naruto Versions of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? xd Though a quick look at Ganbuta (sp?) would disprove the theory that the animal summons are necessarily ninja. Ganbuta's jacket, tanto, and pipe are all parts of the stereotypical image of a Yakuza boss. The way he tends to speak in sort of a boldly assertive way seems to back this up as well. Yeah, but y'see, Teenage Mutant Yakuza Turtles doesn't roll off the tongue as well, nor would it be as appropriate for as wide an audience as the old TMNT was.

Suyo This is why I don't go into the exchange, and hate it. With a passion. I started watching Tsubasa... first four episodes. So far, I am picking out some serious flaws, and the fact that Kajiura Yuki thinks she's making the .hack//sign soundtrack again doesn't help... but overall I'm actually enjoying it. sweatdrop I started a few series recently... Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan - Literal translation? The Beating-to-Death Angel Dokuro-chan http://img2.anidb.info/pics/anime/1047.gif This OVA is about the angel Dokuro-Chan, who has traveled back in time from the future to live with a young boy named Sakura. Though very sweet, Dokuro has a horrible snap temper which regularly results in her beating Sakura to a horrible, bloody death with her magical spiked club Excaliborg. Fortunately she has a special spell she uses to bring him back to life once she regains her senses... Nothing very deep, but tremendously amusing and insanely bloody. As a weekly thing I'd get bored of this quickly, but 2 of the 8 episodes will be coming out every other month, so it should work out nicely. And the other I just started is Gokujou Seitokai, a show about an ultrapowerful student council at an all girl's school. This council has assault, covert actions, and fincancial departments and has more authority than the school's faculty. Not very serious at all, especially given that the main character has a hand puppet capable of unleashing fearsome fighting abilities of its own... Of particular note to Shoujo is the strong hints of Shoujo romance among several of the characters... Pretty good show, I'll be watching it for several reasons, especially the promise of vicious muppet pwnage. http://img2.anidb.info/pics/anime/4506.jpg

Fweee. I am happy.
I came home this weekend to go to the OA banquet for scouts, because I like going to scout stuff, and because it's oh so hard for me to get home living all of 30-45 minutes from home (it's perfect. Far enough away that my parents can't bug me every day yet close enough I can come home for stuff like this). OA (Order of the Arrow), for those of you who aren't familiar, is an honor group within Boy Scouts that promotes cheerful service and camping and stuff, even beyond what scouts normally do. To get in, members of one's troop need to vote you in, then you need to go to the OA ordeal, where you do stuff and are then admitted into OA. Then above that, there are two other ranks in OA. Brotherhood, the next one up, is pretty simple to get. You just have to be in OA for 10 months and memorize some stuff. Then you go, get tested, help out at an ordeal, and get Brotherhood. The other rank is Vigil, which you can't earn. You have to be voted by other Vigil members to get Vigil, and each OA lodge can only give a certain number per year.
Well, I've been in OA for a few years, helping out by being on the Lodge Executive Comittee as either the Training Comittee chairman or the Indian Dance Comittee chairman. Back to the main point, at the yearly OA banquet, they present the people who are to get Vigil that year at a specific weekend event thingy in August. I got tapped out for it. And thus, I am happy. whee
