Richard Rider Zatanna Zatara Richard Rider If you weren't a girl, I'd show you why I'm a step above the GLA. But you are, so I can't. Dammit. Tch. That such sexism still exists in this day and age... rolleyes Jeez, I'm sexist 'cause I don't beat up on girls? I like to think I'm a gentleman. What the heck did I do to get this kind of crap? Weeeeeeeell, the fact that you see yourself as unable to beat up girls means that you don't see us as being equal to men in that respect. That's a little bit sexist. Besides, if some crazy superpowered lady was trying to kill you, you wouldn't fight her? domokun

I would if had to. I just don't like it. Men are supposed to be gentle with women, not punching them in the gut.

Well obviously one shouldn't break a woman's nose for no reason, but I think equally one shouldn't treat women as if they're made of glass.

Eh. I don't treat them like glass. Linda's way stronger than I am normally, but I still don't like seeing her hurt. Me and Namorita fight shoulder to shoulder, but I don't want to hurt her any more than I have, no matter how she got back at me after the break-up. It's just not in to try and hurt women, or see them hurt.

*Saunters purposefully into the bar and begins stapling flyers to the bar walls, bathroom stalls, and booths* They Read Coming Soon! Tired of slogging through continuity warps and plot holes trying to find out information on the ones you love? Well, slog no more! Conveniently located in down-town Kapow!*Grand Opening TBA**satisfied, Monet leaves a pile of flyers at the end of the bar and orders up a Brandy*

Wanda__Maximoff *Pours Linda a glass of wine and hands it to her.* Linda darling, I heard through the grapevine that you're in need of a little reality altering. Do tell. *slowly sips the wine and lays a little with her hair.*" Oh it's not just me Wanda.. It's all of DCU. Apparentely the writers have no love for us and can't let us just be happy." *sighs*" I just don't know what to do. Is it so wrong of me to want to live a happy life with my husband and my children?"

Well naturally, conventional wisdom would say that there is nothing wrong with that, but apparently the powers that be beg to differ. One minute you're enjoying life with your husband and children and the next thing you know he's lost sentience, your children are figments of your imagination, and your paradigm doesn't even exist. It's all a girl can do to resist becoming a high functioning alcoholic. Top up?
