The Darth Vizzle As far as I'm concerned, anyone can host an event as long as they have a good draw to pull people in, and don't bumble around like a ******** without getting s**t done. Doing more an event that isn't a tournament is even harder than a tournament, because you have to actively GM s**t. opaj got away with this, too, in his events. All he did was prepare the locations and the GMed events, but pretty much, all the players wrote everything themselves since they were each on two opposing teams. All the GMs were there for was to keep stuff in check. It's pretty much like a roleplay tournament.

It still takes a lot of GM work, even if there are teams working against one another.
Opaj had the right idea by having a literal TEAM of GMs, and by specifying specific days when the event would roll that were optimal for people.

considering i need to clean and wish to be done with graffiks before i leave, i'm not sure that i'll be able to coherently get through all 83 fights you assigned me, but i'll get as many done as possible.
