@Chocolate: It can't be an extension of the Senju bloodline unless it's actually apart of it. o.o So I think your bloodline would be better off being a stage two for mokuton.

@Mana- That's it exactly. Its a mutation of weaker genes in the bloodline that was bred to be just as strong. And yeah...the history has the Tane leaving the main Senju group. And again, yes to heritage. Though I guess he'd change his name to Tane...

Though technically, that would be their name. They'd be able to use whatever name they please. It's like how the Oni clan doesn't use "Oni" for a name. It's merely a title for the clan.

_CioccolatoRaggaza_ Haruhi000777 Vixen: That's a bit tougher. I've only taken a couple of classes, I'm still not good at how the names go and such. If it's like a Japanese sentence then it would be sort of backwards I think. But I think that Japanese names would be different. Like I said, I'm not really sure. Something like that, I'm not sure. I believe the 'no' particular is used correctly though.

Not okay for the second. What you're thinking of is either combining to lines. As a genetic mutation, it would pretty much be they were incapable of creating wood techniques, and had to supplant them with a whole new technique, as this minority grew. So, they could still be Senju by name, but they can't perform the techniques utilized by the true Senju (i.e. the mokuton users).

@Mana- Oh...well yeah >< So they won't have the mokuton. That's fine. I wasn't going to have any wood manipulation techniques so they wouldn't need it. That's why I was asking.
I guess it would be like...the Tane are the 4th removed cousins of the Senju's Dx
