Rose absently created random shadow puppets with her hands, staring at the ground boredly. Leaning against the firm wood of an oak tree, she smiled to herself cheerfully. Hair pulled back into a loose ponytail, strands surrounded her face cutely, managing to get free. Humming softly, she grinned as her hands managed to form a shadow wolf.

Her face melted into a small frown though as she struggled to make it run, but apparently her hands were not made to do that as her shadow puppet practically tripped over herself. "Oops..." she murmured quietly, giving up for a while. She wasn't wearing her trenchcoat at the moment, so her sleeveless red shirt was obvious amongst the greenery.

Rose glanced up at him, and her slight frowned melted away into a welcoming smile. "Hey there!" she chirped up cheerfully, crossing her legs to sit down indian style. Indicating that he could sit if he wanted to, her features were friendly as she watched him.

Scratching the back of her head with one hand, she laughed briefly, nodding slightly. "Well I suppose I'm still rather new here, so I haven't really been around these parts often!" Eyes sparkling with good humor, she grinned wolfishly at him. "It's a great place though, huh? Oh, by the way, my name's Rose!"

"Nice to meet you too! And thanks, Kris is a cool name also," she added, noting his sabre with slight interest before looking back at him. Rocking slightly backwards so that she was leaning on the tree she nodded. "It's a lovely place...but not as good as my home."

She grinned slightly, obviously a bit overprotective of what she called home. "And it's cool how everyone here is learning to control powers and such." Looking up at the sky for a moment, her expression grew somber before perking up again.

With a slight yawn, he hauled himself to his feet and sprang into the tree he had been sleeping under, seeing that Rose had left. She was nice, he thought, and then immediatley drove the thought from his mind. After all, they had just met. After all, for him, every time he thought about girls, he seemed to have romance on the brain, something he was trying to stop.

The tree was much taller than any he had had back home. This should be sweet, he thought happily.

Pippa softly whimpered and then woke up as he traced the rim of her ear and she looked at him. Her eyes seemed almost pleading but she said nothing then the blue eyes quickly shot to the ground. Realizing that she had fallen asleep there as he'd commanded her too then she'd not woken before he did so she figured she would get into trouble.

Letting a soft whimper excape her mauve lips she blinked and watched him. His hand felt good under her chin as he held it to where she looked into his eyes. At this point she hoped he couldn't read what she was thinking but she gave a slight smile.

"I didn't mean to sleep so long I should have been up before you....I should have fixed you breakfast....please forgive me master..."

Pippa looked at him very worried. Once again her eyes diverted to the ground then back up to him. It looked almost as if she was going to cry because of what he'd just said.

"Do you not want me any more? Are you going to sell me master?"

While she was in this state she remembered nothing about being free, nothing about Taqune and who he really was or Uwasa or anyone. She had no clue where she was but she knew that Taqune was her master well he was untill the spell of him rubbing her ears slowly disappated anyway.

"No master it is I who begs forgiveness for questioning your motives. That is not my place and I shouldn't have said anything it wasn't my buisness."

Pippas eyes had lightened and didn't feel like massive tears were gonna roll from them anymore. She still slightly smiled as she watched him, giving him a slight kiss on his cheek and let her ears lay flat against her head.
