Luckily Jomei had all day to work on this scroll so he would not let a few failures destroy his good mood. So he put up his hands again and formed the ninth seal. He kept thinking back at the kids he met earlier a couple days ago and smiled. He wanted to have friends that would be nice and accept him for his ability and skills. Even though he knew they were a little awkward around him or he was awkward. He couldnt think of the difference but he decided to concentrate back on the seal. He looked down at the scroll for confirmation. Unfortunately he messed up on the seal again.

Jomei looked down at the scroll and made sure that he wasnt messing up his hands when he made the seal. But unfortunately the ninth seal was worse than all the other seals. It was almost illegible. So he messed up on the same seal again. He didnt know what he was going to do to get this one right. For some reason luck came to him and touched his shoulder but then got distracted and left him here in his crate alone.

Jomei then realized what he could do to fix the problem at hand. Using the sun, Jomei lifted the scroll up into the air so that he could see the scratch marks from the pen on the scroll. Luckily they were still there so he was able to see the ninth seal easily. So he put his hands together and made the seal successfully this time. He smiled that he was at least making some sorts of progress even though there was so many mistakes.

The next seal was much easier to read. The tenth seal gave him some confidence in the long run. He calmly set his hands up and made the seal with ease. He was doing it correctly and he knew it, but he was scared to have messed up in the end. But in the end he was right and he was making progress again. There was only two more seals to go and Jomei was feeling the momentum once more. He almost felt unstoppable. His excitement gave him the confidence he needed to continue on with his studies.

Unfortunately the next seal was a lot harder than the rest of the batch. When he rolled out the scroll so he could see the eleventh seal it looked complicated. There was so many different finger placements and hand positions that it confused Jomei. This confusion made him unable to make the seal correctly so he failed at making it. He sighed out loud and he was getting anxious. All this new feeling came because of how close he was to finishing. He just wanted to get this over with.

As Jomei continued to struggle to get the handseals correct the moon in the sky continued its' orbit. For a brief moment the light was cast in such a way as to highlight a portion of text that was previously unseen. While not a super secret to learning how to do the handseals, it was an otherwise unknown bit of information. When conducting handseals the shinobi should ensure that each finger fits into place properly rather than the entire hand suddenly coming together. Effort should be made to concentrate on each individual fingers placement to help the shinobi adequately learn how to perform the handseals.
(Jomei gets +3 to his next one roll)

(Thanks but.....failed even with help)
With this new knowledge that he saw on the scroll with the help of the scroll Jomei attempted to do as i said. But once again this new way to do it correctly confused him. He tried to follow the rules and do how it says but he failed. He threw his hands up in his frustration. He wanted to finish so bad and he even got some lucky help from the scroll, but he was unable to deliver. He wanted to give it another go.

His frustration ended quickly as he calmed down. All this knowledge was confusing him and he his excitement closed his mind off on how to do this correctly. So when he calmed down he opened his mind to what the scroll was stating and followed each direction. Slowly he ensured that each finger was in its right place. He double checked each individual finger was in its correct place. He looked down at the scroll and smiled that he finally got the the eleventh seal correct.

Jomei was finally on the last seal. He rolled out the scroll to where it showed the last seal and gave the picture showing how to make the seal. But Jomei didnt need this picture because he had seen this picture many times before. Tears welled in his eyes as another memory of his mother came forth in his mind. He remembered his mother attempting to show him how to control a puppets. She showed him how to form the hands. She did everything with such grace that it was impossible for him to copy such elegance. She even told him a little bit about chakra control. She told him how the chakra was like the veins inside him and how the puppeteers use it to create the strings to make the puppets move. Tears began to roll down his face as he remembered this sweet memory. So he brought his hands up and placed his fingers in the position that he remembered his mother showing him. He once completed he began to breath in and out to make the chakra flow in his body. A little glimmer of gold showed around Jomei's body as it was the color of his chakra. When he opened his eyes the glimmer went away and he smiled and began to cry. His sorrow of missing his mother consumed him like it did many years ago.

Jomei now sat back at the fact that he finished the training. He didnt know what to do now since the fun was over. He thought that he could return the scroll back to Rhaim, but the only problem was that he didnt know where he lived. So he sat back and stared at the sky waiting for some sort of sign that would progress his learning and process of becoming a shinobi.

Jomei was still looking at the sky when he realized that his eyes were becoming heavy. He noticed it was late and he needed his sleep because the Academy opens up tomorrow and he would need to be there bright and early so he could enroll himself. He smiled brightly as he was thinking of all the cool codenames he could give himself just like his mom had her own. For some reason he couldnt remember it, but he knew it was a cool one. He then started to think about who his sensei was Could he be tall? Skinny? Smart? Maybe he will be funny! I would like that! As he thought this he opened up his puppet and took out some gauss (s.p?). After he tied his puppets cape on he started to wrap the gauss around the puppet and made it in a fashion that it would make it easier to carry him on his back. At the same time it would draw so much attention to him because he didnt want anyone to realize he was walking around with a puppet in hand, and besides it looked a lot cooler. After this task was completed he started to close his eyes and went into a steady sleep.

Sun started to peak over the Kage mountains and rays of sun started to touch the Village. The first of the rays hit Jomei's face as he woke up with a start. It was time for him to enroll in the Academy (Wait youll see). He got up and packed up all his things as he left his crate. He ran over and got himself washed and cleaned to make sure he had a good first impression. He left and sprinted towards the academy jumping and skipping on each of his steps.

Rhaim strolled through the village with his hands held deep within his pockets and balaclava pulled up over his mouth and nose. His head slowly pivoted from side to side with slow gait, taking in the sights of the shops and homes preparing for yet another days' activities. The teen couldn't help but sigh in boredom at the thought that he still wasn't assigned to a new team and was thus forced to train on his own. The which of course led him more towards simple jutsus that would make his day to day living easier. While plenty motivated to do what his superiors told him to, the Genin had no love of putting himself through a tough training regimen by himself.

[enter from Meadows]
Rhaim had decided to take a slightly different route home since he didn't recall seeing the type of shop he may need on the way out to the meadows. His head twisted left and right as he window shopped through the streets on the buildings that were still barely in the midst of getting ready to open up. In fact once he did find the shop that he needed to head to later he was confronted with the fact that the hours of business didn't have it opening until the time when the Academy was starting. Likely the cause was to keep bored school children from roaming the store early in the morning. With a shrug Rhaim continued on home trying to think of what else he would do to occupy his time until the shop opened its' doors.

Rhaim was once again traveling through the familiar streets of the village on his way to find something worthwhile at the library. Considering it's extended hours for students to study before and after the academy started, it was ideal for the teen wandering about so early in the day. In all actuality he wouldn't really get much done since as soon as the shops were open he was going to be taking his leave again. Nevertheless he enjoyed the walk through the village as it was finally in full swing of beginning its day. Very few shinobi wandered the streets, most of which were young and of low rank like himself. It seemed that with each passing month there were not only lees people from being killed in battle, but a greater gap between the number of experienced shinobi and of novice ones.
