do they come with any additional weaponary? or are you only able to build them with lascannons on the turret?

You can only fit it with either lascannons or multi-lasers.

No rules as of yet, experimental rules should be out with the next newsletter. Speculation on my part so far hints towards a fast open-topped vehicle, possibly a scout, though it could very well deep-strike with the heavy lifter.

So, what are you going to name them? I know you've got a penchant for naming just about every vehicle in your motor pool.

Major bonus points if you managed to draw nose art on them as well. whee
