[ Kyle's Chrysalis : Atlantis : Outside Throne Room ]
As if corresponding with the spontaneous burst of Darkness that occurred with Nicholas' transformation, something within the Obsidian Water Lily began to shift again. The budding blossom expanded just slightly in width, its petals growing ever-more-defined--so much so that now it looked like a true, massive black water lily bud, indistinguishable from the real thing by sight alone.
Simultaneously, the piercing violet eyes were accompanied by a different glow. It started like a faint flicker at first, but as the seconds passed, the white silhouette of a humanoid form could be seen within the black crystal. However, this entity was taller than Kyle, by a foot at least, and as such was slightly curled in the air, facing forward toward the seal and the battle in front of it. Its legs were more slender, its form more graceful in appearance--and from its back, curved around to its front like a protective shell themselves, sprouted not two, but six wings.
The entire angelic form was without detail; it was simply a glowing outline of light within the now-translucent chrysalis of malevolence.
The negative emissions seemed to grow exponentially, spreading the aura of anxiety and despair to within a radius of a few meters. A deep, low humming could be heard, making it seem as if the entire area was vibrating, trembling--not quite an actual quake, certainly not enough to hinder battle, but enough that it was at least noticeable.

[ Ajora : ??? : ??? ]
"Ooo, the silent treatment? To think, I actually managed to get you to stop talking!" Ajora spoke to Louis with another laugh. "Don't answer, then, I'll find out in a little bit if it turns out to matter. More importantly..."
There was a brief, almost dejected sigh. "You've stepped on my toes again," he pouted.
"You knew I'd asked her to deliver something to Kyle, and now you've gone and taken both the package and the messenger," he said, sounding entirely hurt. "That's not very nice, Louie. You should return her."

[Artemis .:. Noelle ~ Atlantis ~ Outside Throne Room]
Artemis took immediate note of the changes in Kyle's chrysalis, turning to eye it. Elleon quickly evaluated Artemis' value against her personal involvement with Ajora's current scheme. It wouldn't matter much if she withdrew the Unversed at this point, even if Ajora chided her later. He wouldn't stay mad for long, she'd be sure of it. A dark portal to Artemis' side opened and the archer hopped through it. The moment it closed, her magic was no longer active, and her Ink dome disappeared, revealing Kyle's chrysalis and the fact that Kyla was gone.
Noelle smiled at Bobbi's comment, quickly distancing herself from the Venus fly trap and coming to the ice archer's side. After turning around again, the agromancer noticed the dome of darkness had disappeared. What really caught her off guard were the drastic changes to the strange thing that had swallowed up Kyle. Was he even okay? What was going on? Noelle had a terrible feeling in the pit of her stomach. She couldn't help but feel like he might not make it out of this one in one piece. And it just got worse as she looked on. Kyla was nowhere to be seen.
"This isn't looking good." Noelle glanced to Bobbi, still on guard, "Kyla's gone, Kyle's out, Matt is just barely keeping Alice at bay, that giant Heartless is still guarding the seal, I'm half spent . . . We might need--HOLY--!"
Noelle jumped as her Venus fly trap exploded. Nick was back, and angry as ever. Naturally he'd be targeting her. Lovely. Just when she thought things couldn't get any worse.
"Uhh, guys!" Noelle called out over the charms, opening a link to all Earthlings, "Things aren't looking good here in Atlantis. We need backups, stat! Can either group send anyone?"
((Mod's Note: Earthlings from the Atlantica group would have already finished their Heartless battle and those who wanted to move on would have headed to Atlantis. They're currently on the outskirts of Atlantis, arriving through the cavern.))

[ Sora : Atlantica : Throne Room ]
Sighing as he helped out some soldiers with the wounded, Sora tensed when he heard Noelle's shout-out over the charms.
"Some from Atlantica should be there any minute!" he called out over the charms, hoping to reassure those down there. "Some of us stayed behind to help in the clean up, but I know a few were heading for that spire awhile ago!"
[[ As Noelle's OoC said, any helping Atlantica-people should be on the edge of Atlantis about now, making your way toward the giant throne-spire thing where the fight is happening.
EDIT: You know, for the sake of quickness, screw it, you guys are half-way up the Atlantis hill, so you'll be there in a minute or two. ]]

[ Riku : Caribbean : Black Pearl Deck ]
The fight with the pirates had ended a short time ago. Will, near death, was made to stab Davy Jones' heart by Jack and Elizabeth--killing Jones, making Will immortal, and turning the tides of battle as both the Dutchman and Pearl converged on the East India Trading Company, destroying the vessel with ease.
Now, Will and Elizabeth were off on their island rendezvous, and those above had been waiting for an update from below. When they finally got one... it wasn't reassuring.
After Sora responded, Riku gave his own answer. "There's no way we could get there in time if we swam--and I haven't properly used a Corridor in years. Can you open one side while I try to link with the other? Then we can jump over and meet you there!"

[ Noelle / Riku : Atlantis / Caribbean : Crossing Stuff ]
There was little time to think of any other ideas, not that there would be any. It almost crossed her mind to bring up Riku's warning about making Corridors while still a Darkness novice, but now wasn't the time. She would gladly accept the repercussions to save their skins.
"Got it!" The agromancer replied, taking a few steps behind Bobbi.
"Cover me for a bit!" She said, trying to focus the tide of Darkness within her. Noelle tried to recall what it felt like to open the Corridor that saved her and began attempting to replicate it.
Meanwhile, on the Pearl, Riku was trying to steady his breathing, reaching back into the Darkness he hadn't touched in so long. Holding out his hand, he focused on opening the Corridor, on stretching the shadows into a portal. The black and indigo tendrils rose from the ground, winding and entwining with themselves to form the opening...
"Got my side open," he said, eyes closed tight as he tried to re-familiarize himself with the sensation. His chest was tight. He started to feel around the shadows, reaching down toward the lower levels where Noelle's opening would inevitably be. "Remember, Noelle, stay calm, remember to distance yourself from it..."
"Distance myself, got it." Noelle replied shortly, trying not to lose her concentration.
The blonde could feel her body straining a bit, trying to push her grasp on the Darkness the Corridor required. A controlled Corridor was proving much more difficult to create than a hap-hazard one. Her brows knitted together with the effort, a hand outstretched to form the Corridor's entrance. It began to build slowly--too slowly. Noelle pushed harder, still trying to maintain balance but struggling. Finally her side opened, but within an instant of trying to seek out Riku's side she felt her control starting to slip away.
"I can't do much more." She said, her mental voice even sounding strained, "Can you find me?"
There was interference... a lot of it. The battle here, the battle in Atlantica, the battle in Atlantis--all had been heavily bathed in Darkness, making it insanely hard to detect yet another fluctuation in the form of a Corridor. Heartless were still flitting about in the shadows, those other creatures were leaving their trails...
There!
It was almost unnoticeable at first, but Noelle's tampering with the Darkness was there--and, ironically, the only reason he knew it was her was the instability of the magic. The user was struggling with the Darkness--he immediately linked to her, straining his heart to do so not because of the distance, but because he also took the stress off of her heart. He claimed the Corridor, leaving her Heart free of danger.
"Got it!" he said. Turning to the others on board, he gave a brief nod. "I'm going to help out the others in Atlantis--I won't be able to hold the Corridor for long, so if you wanna come, hurry up!"
And with that, he leapt through, traversing the Darkness...
... and popping out next to Noelle and Bobbi. He didn't pause or hesistate, immediately summoning his Keyblade and looking over the situation. Giant seal, big mage Heartless, some tornado-fiend, Joe with wings, Matthew fighting a Jenny-Replica, and an odd black flower-bud that radiated about as much Darkness as the seal itself.
"You weren't kidding about needing back-up," he muttered, noticing the craters and the dead bodies. "Anything important I need to know besides kick Twister's a**?"
Noelle could feel Riku take over her entrance to the Corridor and gladly released it to him. Just getting it open was hard enough, and it seemed keeping it open was even harder. She took a sudden breath, realizing she'd been holding it, and felt her legs buckle. The agromancer slid to her knees, immediately feeling her heart revolt at her sudden extensive use of Darkness. The girl cringed and held her arms tight to her chest, heaving.
"Kyle . . . is inside that . . . flower thing." Noelle coughed, a look of relief on her face as she glanced to Riku, "Kyla's missing . . . and I just reeeeeally pissed off that guy over there."

[Kichi :: Atlantis :: Halfway to throne room]
Kichi heard Noelle's voice in his head. "Backup confirmed! I'm halfway through Atlantis, heading for the Throne Spire!" he replied, moving at top speed. He was sweating bullets from pushing his speed for so long.
'Will you be okay?' Bahamut asked.
'Hardly used my magic. It's just from keeping my legs moving so long, I'll take a quick breather before I get to the fight, and I'll be fine.'
'...If you're sure.'
'I've learned my limits pretty well, this shouldn't be a problem.'
There was no reply from Bahamut, and Kichi powered onward.

Dawn looked over at Riku hearing his conversation with Noelle over the charms.
"I am on my way," she called out through the charms then rushed after Riku, appearing behind him where Noelle and Bobbi were.
"Oh wow," Dawn said looking over the area, "Here I thought the Black Pearl was a party..."

{Kyle : Atlantis : Halfway to Throne Room}
Kyle was a slightly behind Kichi, trying to pace himself, although he probably wasn't doing a very good job of it. Running had never been a strong point of his. And he took pacing to have a similar meaning as walking. 'After this, we're devising a way to move from point A to point B without running.'
'Oh? So you'll be using the earth to move? Great. So what'll you do? Surfing on earth? Roller skates? Oh. Wait. You have no idea how. I'd say snowboarding but...heh. That was a bit of a failure there.' Hearing Midgardsormr snicker was more than a little embarrassing. Stupid memories and stupid summon who could look through them.
'Oh shut up. We'll figure something out.'
'Okay. Whatever you say. And what about the magic consumption? Sure, it'll be faster than running, but it'll still cost magic.'
'I dunno. There has to be something that'll let me get magic.'
'This might be your best plan ever.'
'Bite me.'
'I'll help you figure it out after the battle. Now push on and catch up with Kichi.'
'Yeah yeah.' Following that, he pushed forward, looking up to see what was ahead for them. It wouldn't be too long now. At this speed, it would only take a few more minutes. He couldn't feel anything aside from Kichi in front of him yet, but he figured it wouldn't take very long until things started coming clear.

[Matt :-: Atlantis :-: Outside Throne Room]
The gusher of water immediately stopped as Alice kissed his neck, and he hissed through his teeth in pain. He felt a "pulse" emanate through his body from the mark, and his shoulders sagged a little as he felt some of his strength leave him. Some of his rage drained from him as his strength did, and he found himself thinking a little clearer as such. The clarity was rather short lived though as Alice suddenly shoved him away from her.
As Matt tumbled away from the venomancer, he ended up just short of the group that had been fighting Nich. He rose to his feet and caught sight of the empowered battler. The blue mage sighed in frustration, then cleared his throat. "Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Not-Jenny over here's starting to kick my a**," he shouted to his cohorts, barely registering that Noelle had managed to summon her own corridor of darkness.
He called out a Holy Water and Eye Drop to Mix Elemental Power, strengthening his magic to make up for what Alice did to him. 'Alright Dave, getting really sick of Bitchy McPoisonSkirt, we got anything for poison?'
'You can mix your last Ether with an Antidote, it'll give you some resistance to poison. Sure you can do without the Ether?'
'Osmose always finds a way,' he replied to his summon, already having pulled out the ingredients. He Mixed them together and a barely visible veil of green formed around his body. 'Going on the offensive has only screwed me over, time to try and react to her,' he thought, going on the defensive.

{Dani : Atlantis : Halfway to Throne Room}
"Man," Dani thought to herself "Seems like all hell is breaking loose." She was currently walking behind Kyle and Kichi before both of them ran towards the throne.
"If I were you I would stop over thinking things are just follow them." Leviathan chastised from the back of her mind.
Dani sighed at her summon. "I guess I should." Dani thought before pushing off the floor in order to try and catch up to the two in front of her. "I just hope we make it in time to help."

[ Riku : Caribbean : Black Pearl Deck ]
Riku's eyes narrowed on the odd black formation near the wind-b*****d. Kyle was in that? The thing radiated Darkness more powerfully than damn near anything he'd personally come across in a long, long time. The angelic silhouette within did nothing to ease his concerns, either; he knew very briefly from Narnia and Halloween Town that Kyle had an angel as a summon, but each time he'd seen her, she seemed anything but friendly. Now, with such malevolence seeping from the formation...
To make matters worse, their pictomancer, Kyla, was missing... again.
"First thing's first," he muttered, closing the Corridor after a few moments of no one else coming through and digging through his pockets. He pulled out two ethers, handing both to Noelle. "Take one, give the other to whoever needs it. I have two potions, as well. We need to stick close together--"
Without warning, Matthew's shadow suddenly grew pitch black, and an Ajora clone leapt out, shouted, "Yoink!", grabbed a single hair, and fell back into his shadow, which promptly returned to its original shade.
"... so s**t like that doesn't happen," Riku groaned, grinding his teeth; he'd picked up a few new words from the Earthlings, and with his current frustration, that one seemed to fit rather well. He stepped forward, Keyblade in hand, and stood between 'Twister' and the group. "Dawn, stay back with Bobbi and start dancing, and if it looks like they'll target you, just run, don't bother to keep dancing. Anyone need healing? We have a few potions, as well."
[[ For the record, if people on the Pearl wanted to come but couldn't post, you can assume your character made it through, he would have closed it only after a few seconds of no one else making it through. ]]

[ Noelle ~ Atlantis ~ Outside Throne Room]
Noelle stayed on her knees, having a feeling she might be there for a little longer just to recover--she definitely wasn't feeling too great at the moment. She took the Ethers that Riku handed to her, nodding at his instruction. The agromancer was going to ask Matt how his magic levels were , but was interrupted by Ajora's appearance. Her heart filled with panic as he came up behind Matt, but faded as he disappeared without causing him harm.
"Yes, s**t like that does happen." Noelle panted, feeling okay enough to stand even if still weak. She couldn't stay down forever, but was going to have to keep her fighting to a distance. With the Ether, her magic would still be strong, but her physical reaction time wouldn't be enough to keep her alive.
'Bear in mind, human, wind is your natural enemy.' 'So kill him before he kills me, got it. This is going to be fantastic.'
"Hey, Matt!" The blonde called, thinking the Ether would best serve one of their strongest mages, "How are you on magic?"

[Dawn : Atlantis : Outside Throne Room]
Dawn nodded at Riku, "Don't worry. I trust Bobbi won't hesitate to shoot someone in the knee." She winked over at Bobbi for a moment then backed away from her. Uneffected by the wind that Nick was blowing around. "Bobbi, if there is anyway you can put me under ice, it would help greatly."
~'There is so much magic being thrown around by this guy, it is making my feathers stand on ends.'~
'Don't worry Garuda, I already have an idea.' she thought in response to Garuda, 'This could get messy.'
Dawn started to move her feet and dance on the battlefield where she stood with Bobbi. She started to combine two of her dances, her Mystic Dance to raise the magical strength and magical resistance of her allies. She joined that dance with Heathen Frolic to lower their magical strength.
(((OoC: So basically what is happening here. Everyone of the Earthlings on the battlefield are getting aided by Faith, increasing MS and MR by 1.5. Meanwhile, the baddies are getting their magic strength lowered by 3
Edit: Since the lowering stat is a status it is something to roll for. It is a -2 to my MS.))

[Tyue/Kyla : ????: ????]
For the first time since their journey began Carbuncle shared Kyla’s instinctive anxiety. Every second that passed by and she was still busy mending the torn flesh of her partners back, felt like a hundred years for her. It was taking far too long for comfort, and there was no telling what was happening to the others back on the battle field. Still, her main concern was healing Kyla, and drawing her back from the brink of death.
Every so often the creature glanced towards the woman seated in the chair; her ghostly figure was unnerving and curious. Who was she? Was she watching them or just...hanging around?
Was she involved with that entity that has currently taken residence in her partner? Tyue didn’t trust him, but it wasn’t like she had much choice now but to tolerate him. Maybe she was used to being the only other resident inside her friend’s consciousness and this invasion felt personal, but she still was wary about his true intentions. He could very well mean everything he said about wanting to protect the other Earthlings- but what about the rest? Kyla wasn't the only one who tried to see the big picture here. What was this persons plans concerning- everything. This whole adventure and their destiny here, what did he have planned for them? “mmm.mmm..”
Kyla’s groaning sounded a little stronger now- that was good sign. “Soon, don’t worry Aibou, soon- we’ll be re-joining the others. I’m sure of it. Worse comes to worse you can always use your powers to teleport back to the throne room if I can restore your mana…right?”
As simple as it sounded Tyue had no idea where they were. What were the conditions of their position? What was this place and what forces governed it. Besides obvious reasons, something wasn't quite right about this location. Like it didn't feel real.
