So I'm reading this book to see what I need to do to get a license. The first thing it does is give me a bullet list of various things. Quote: WHO NEEDS A NEW HAMPSHIRE DRIVER LICENSE?New Hampshire residents who wish to drive a motor vehicle. At this point I began to wonder whether or not the person writing this book had an intact and working brain.

Really? I haven't gotten that far yet. I'm at the part where it says I'm not allowed on the road until I've had at least 40 hours experience, driving on the road.
I thought yellow was the optional stopping light, and they fined you for driving through a red.

Mines must be a typo....scary stuff though o.o' Another one explains how you should stop for a funeral procession...I couldn't recall a time when I hadn't seen someone stop for one...

I've seen funeral processions get cut in half by people not wanting to stop. Almost didn't make it to the second half of a funeral once, cause we got split off and couldn't see the other half of the group. Was funny though, cause the rest of the people followed us around until we found our way there.

Stop before the stop line or crosswalk. Remain stopped until the light turns green and the intersection is clear.
Flashing Yellow
Go with caution.

No. The point of this is for suna ninjas to stack up mission points, so we dont have everyone scrambling for them before the next chuunin exams.
